When can I start using the functions on this bassinet? I’ve read that some people wait until baby is about 3 months? Could the functions be used with a newborn?

Hi! My husband and I are expecting our 2nd child. And I’ve been really trying to do my research on bassinets. I was wondering if you bought the extended warranty on top of the manufacturers warranty? If you don’t buy the extended warranty, would they still be able to replace it if it’s past the warranty? I’m guessing it comes with a 1 year manufacturers warranty? Please correct me if I am wrong! Thank you!! Really enjoyed watching your last videos on the comparisons, and I’m really falling towards the 4moms.
First of all congratulations mama! How exciting! I did buy an extended warranty or anything all we did was register it when we received it and my issues arose past a year and 4moms only asked it be discarded properly. I mean it’s a pain to deal with issues but they customer service is next to none so in my opinion it’s worth investing in a company that takes care of you. Hope that helps and thanks for watching!!!

Couple of questions i have,because she sleeps with motion does she get into a habbit of motion to sleep,what will sleep training be like,do you think it will be easier to sleep train or no? ♥️♥️♥️
Hi! Great questions! So with my daughter we just slowly day by day started lowering the speed motion for bedtime because i think she needed the motion. That being said we put her in her crib for naps cold turkey at 4/5mo and she did great and at night slept with motion. We didn’t sleep train i rocked her to sleep until she was 1 so wouldn’t know much on that aspect but i think if you wean them from the motion you should be good 👍🏼

Hello, great content! I just found your channel and my wife and I are expecting our first in June! I have a question about your experience in dealing with 4moms customer service ( and anyone else can chime in if you have experience). We bought our mamaroo bassinet new but from an “open box” store so we don’t have a receipt. Any idea if they’d honor any warranty or if they’d help if the bassinet stops working even if we don’t have a receipt?
Hello! Thank you for watching! 🤗 I registered my 4moms bassinet so they’re were able to track it back to my purchase. I know some open box items can still come with the warranty registration but unfortunately I am not sure if they would or wouldn’t help without that. They are quick to respond until heir customer service you can just email and ask maybe they do.
Curious how this went for you, interested in purchasing mine from Good Buy Gear but ofcourse if warranty isn't honored i'd rather just buy at regular price. Thank you!
@@LetishaR09 so far, so good. We bought the bassinet and the infant seat and both are working great. Only been using them for a month and a half though. Any time you buy second hand or open box you’re taking a risk of course. Thankfully our baby seems to like both but we have a friend who says her baby doesn’t like the seat and prefers a simple Graco swing. So again… a gamble.

Haha 😂 yea definitely high pitched where a dog would not like that. They did send me a new one for the second time when they saw this video though so they will make it right for sure if you have that and I sent them mine because they want to investigate the cause so they can rectify it. So that’s the plus side at least lol
Hey can I ask you if you happened to experience this? so my son is three months old now and for the last 3 nights I wake up to find him sleeping slanted since the bassinet tilts and his face is in the mesh. I love this bed and he loves it too because he falls asleep so easily with the movement but i’m not sure if I’m just having an issue with the bed or if that’s some thing that’s common. And I agree with you on the four hour thing being annoying I hate it too.
YES! Omg every since night he’s against the mesh but i see him move towards it he loves the comfort of having it against his face. My daughter did the same thing! The bassinet shouldn’t tilt tho so it should just be him doing it if anything is tilting I’d reach out to 4moms. Hope that helps mama! And congrats! 🤗 PS yes timer is ughhhhhh 👎🏼
