I think I just realized something. When he said "There are lots of floweys out there" He was referring to you, the player. The outside world is real life. Toby is trying to say that even though you are going to meet horrible people throughout your life, always strive to be a good person. This games deep.
Plus, this game strives to explain how you should appreciate living with freedom, the capability to feel happy and determined, and to have friends who care about you. Chara and Asriel don't have that and they end up hateful, sad and trapped. It's like Chara and Asriel represent depression, whilst Frisk represents love and determination to be happy again. The genocide run shows what happens to a person once they become depressed, they become hateful, lonely, confused and desperate. It's quite beautiful, actually.
When he said "There's lots of Floweys out there." my heart did a funny thing. I can't quite describe it... but it filled me with determination! The determination to never be a Flowey!

Someone has to take care of these flowers" is the same as Toriel's one, when you check the golden flowers before heading out. Damn it.

I dunno if Asriel is gonna turn back into Flowey. I just don't see why that would happen at this point. I mean he clearly has emotions as a flower, and he clearly redeemed himself. So why would he suddenly become bad again?

He knows what the real him would feel, and he knows what the "right thing to do" is, but without the internal motivation he'll eventually lapse into dark behaviors again. In the genocide run, he tells the story of what happened when he first woke up as a flower. He cried because he was all alone, and scared, but when his parents came to his rescue he realized that he didn't love them. He tried to be a good person for a while but eventually he had to leave them because he wasn't happy lying to them. Eventually he became the evil flower we see, and there's no doubt he'd follow the same character arc again once he turns back into a flower.

I'm very proud to have found this. I watched so many videos about Undertale before playing it myself, and this is one of the few things I found on my own run. My 1st (only?) run and my Pacifist run, and I can confirm that this scene and music occurs. I didn't know about the shirt glitch, though. Actually based on some of the flashbacks you get, I think Frisk may be a reincarnation of Chara. With the Chara you encounter in game being a manifestation of their sins and hatred from their previous life, and with enough LOVE it could turn into a demon. An example of evidence is when you fall at the waterfall, you get part of a conversation between Chara and Asriel from Chara's perspective.
"Don't worry about be, someone has to take care of this flowers" "Frisk, please leave me alone..." Frisk: "you've been through a lot asriel, I want to help you." ... There's nothing you can do to help Frisk...

It doesn't matter if you've saved and quit or not, it depends on if you've left through the barrier and came back.

Actually based on some of the flashbacks you get, I think Frisk may be a reincarnation of Chara. With the Chara you encounter in game being a manifestation of their sins and hatred from their previous life, and with enough LOVE it could turn into a demon.
An example of evidence is when you fall at the waterfall, you get part of a conversation between Chara and Asriel from Chara's perspective.
