I remember this, and at that time we had never seen any one like him we had trouble breathing we were laughing so hard

That's exactly my experience. I was on the floor laughing so hard and screaming 'Stop, Stop.' I thought I was going to explode from laughter.

🔹️ Wit that knew no bounds & a brain that worked at a thousand miles per hour. RIP Robin. There is no-one on this planet who can ever replace you. In fact, there is nobody on this Earth who even comes close to your comedic genius ❗👀👍❕

Peter Gzowski was a tremendous interviewer. Robin Williams was an exceptional comedic talent. The world was blessed to have experienced both talents.

I think this may have been the show Robin and Billy Connolly met for the first time. Based off of the story Billy told about their meeting.

I agree that Robin Williams was not funny. I am highly disappointed that Peter Gzowski did not talk more. I really wanted to hear Peter Gzowski.

Gzowski was only there to introduce the guest (which he wasn't very good at). He was a talking head. Williams was the real tatent.

He is not funny in the slightest.

It pains me to say it, but I agree; I don't find this clip funny at all. In fact, it's sort of irritating. He's so manic here that you want to tell him to, "Settle down, would you, man?! Relax." I mean, there's certainly a fascination of watching him transform into these characters, but that doesn't equate with it being funny.

@@Jim_L Actually, it WAS funny. What made it awkward was Gzowski's incompetent fumbling as a TV host. Go back to the radio.
