Small music venues unable to apply for relief money because of website issues

Small music venues continue to struggle, and a program designed to help isn’t working. According to Channel 11′s news exchange partners at TribLIVE, the Small Business Association website where venues are supposed to be able to apply for financial assistance was supposed to launch on April 8.
