love your video. I have only goten the five stars once for aout half an hour because I was at the oil rig, and they would not let me free. I was awed by your ability to make such great work. you pulled some great moves out there on the road, I thought that some of those seance could have bean from a James Bond movie. you got a thumbs up and a subscribe from me.;}
That is a good mod. They kinda should have added that into the base game considering the 1st game had it and also because there is police cars in the police stations. I also have to say the cars and police uniforms are nice looking in terms of the color.
I can't even make it to 5 stars. The police are so stupid I get clear and they "lose me" after I drive 100 feet around a bend ON THE ROAD THAT WE'RE ALL DRIVING ON!
... tell the mod creator he's a failure, literally you have cops already in an APC at 2 stars, and a helicopter with an invisible rocket, the skins are cool, but the thing itself isn't cool

They are two separate mods and they are not depending on each other. The Heat level just increases the amount of cops. :)
