I too have the m365 clone. It won’t connect either. I’ve tried the fac reset on the scooter with the scooter turned off holding the brake/throttle/power button for 3 seconds to perform the reset sequence. Bluetooth light never blinks/enters pairing mode.
Hi I have the same issue, the Bluetooth sign comes in but when I try connect it no flashing on the scooter or nothing, the MiniRobot app don’t find the scooter any advise?
I really thank you very much for the information. I was very worried because I had been looking for an app that would work for my scooter for days. Do you know what model this clone is? I bought it new but neither the manual or box says the model... Thanks again!!!
@@supernova1976 nah I’m kinda disappointed because both my finders broke when locking it and when it came and it’s impossible to push given the fact that the front wheel stops moving like every 5 seconds and I wouldn’t recommend this it’s very bad material and doesn’t last long
@@kbetsus8976 No it doesn't work like that. You need to put the escooter into pairing mode first, there's a bluetooth symbol that has to light up on the control, but the manual has no instructions how to do this.
@@rv130. Try opening the app first then turn on the scooter. Wait to see if it connects. If it doesn't, then keep turning the scooter on & off a few times. Eventually the app should connect with the scooter automatically.

Same thing with me most apps don't work on my clone....youtube won't let me type the app in here that works on mine for some reason

Nah its real it works perfectly if u turn on ur scooter and download it it will detect ur scooter (if compatable) as MoRobot####(random numbers
