One is the same Customer Service Associate but other state and other one is different role.The point is that for both the roles, they didn't assign me any assessment. I have checked my Amazon account and I have noticed that the one I applied first time that one (VCS) still showing in both places in active and inactive stage as well. Second time applied for VCS that also they considered as inactive and the one I have applied for other rule that is still on review stage.
