I have completed my graduation in 2017 and post graduation Msc in 2019 , later i worked in just dial, as sales officer for 3mnths and left due to covid, then in 2021 I worked as a tutor and data entry operator, then cause the job was contractual it ended and I left and started preparing for government exams, in2023 feb I got an opportunity ang joined as faculty in Anudip Foundation, job ends in feb 2024 - due to contract.. And now I am preparing for full stack web development since October 23 , because non tech background and this non-relevevant experience HRs find it a huge career gap, no getting any interview scheduled, what Can I do, how to approach this thing. Please help me.

Lets break your career gap - 2019-2021 blame it out to covid/lockdown, but you kep updated with your subject-knowledge by learning online through YT, blogs etc.
As you worked as a data entry operator then mention that exp. and continued it till 2023 Feb as off-role, And do mention Anudip exp as well. All this exprience can be presented as relevant you just need a strong Resume and Strategy.

Let's address the 4-year gap by dividing it into two parts. The first 2 years were dedicated to a maternity break, a common and well-understood reason for a career pause by employers.
For the remaining 2 years, mention Working as a part-time support executive (or any role relevant to your domain) for a start-up, managing tasks remotely to balance my responsibilities as a parent while staying connected to the industry. This role allowed me to keep up with the latest technologies in my field. (Many startup at ideation stage won't provide letters or payments in banks)
Now, I am fully prepared and eager to take on a full-time position and bring my updated skills and experience back to the workforce.

However as I dont have any exp in devops , my resume is not getting shortlished for same. So again I am planning to join back in same domain as I was working, however due to gap i am not considered.

As for the remaining duration, you can mention that you assisted a friend with various projects they secured through Fiverr or other freelancing platforms. While actively searching for the right opportunity, you made sure to stay updated with industry trends by working on those projects and applying your skills.
Make sure you familiarize yourself with 2-3 industry-relevant projects so you can confidently discuss them when needed.

Don't update working duration in resume and don't tell you had a gap when they call you, and shedule your interview and once you crack two rounds then at final round tell this to your HR and tell them there was family issue and I handled that but I can't disclose that, but I was practicing my technical skills and I cracked all two rounds so I'm suitable for this job. @@aarthidurai4778Yes in some company. mention your total years of experience in your resume and if you applying on naukri site there you need to put your duration but make sure you should mention total experience in above summary because most of the recruiter only check summary and contact details and for other details they call you. In case they call you and asked the duration you mentioned on profile is wrong then say it maybe by mistake and I will correct it. I hope you understand.. aajkal thoda zoot bolna padta hai..🙃
