I don’t mean to ruin the mood for anyone but I wanna share what this song means to me. It reminds me of my mom. Like everyone else in the comments, I found this song through the Scooby Doo soundtrack, which my mom got to me when I was about 6 or 7, just a child. This was easily my favorite song from that record. She passed away when I was nine and this song reminds me of the time in between, before she passed. Reminds me of my childhood and when I was happy. Reminds me of me playing this song and my mom liking it. In retrospect I even feel like my mom sings these “words to me” when I play this song. 18 years have passed since she left. I get sad when I think about that, but this song puts me in a good mood when I hear it. I love you mom.
