I never payed for a business class before since I was never ready to spend that much money. I can afford business class but I chose to save my money and travel in economy class and I found that Qatar and Turkish economy classes are amazing. I didnt try the Singapore airlines yet tho. Once turkish airlines upgraded me for free to their business class so I did experience it, the seat was amazing, but I still chose to fly in economy.

Missed on the Emirates evaluation was the chauffeur service for business and first class customers at many destinations, and the almost totally private first class compartments. Missed on the JAL evalutions were the excellent bidet toilets even in economy class on their newest and most recently refurbished aircraft. (These from personal experience of flights from UK to Japan.)
Training pilots is not easy. Most rich countries have almost no local pilots. Especially American, Turkish and French pilots prefer to work with companies such as Qatar and Singapore

Well known for Canada's worst airline? Having great delays, and not kind service? I wonder, can U have some reasons? And Qantas... I rode them when I had to go to Perth from Sydney, and also overseas, but they are ok, but overpriced. I rather might prefer asiana better tha qantas as they are less expensive. But it will change on the type of aircraft.

Incorrect regarding Emirates business class- it’s fab on the A380, but on the 777 it’s an awful configuration in business class, as in a 2-3-2. Ridiculous in business class to have 3 seats in the middle especially for the price!

The seating space on PAL has been some of the worst I have ever seen. Often lost baggage. Food not so good. Higher priced air fare. And no integrity financially. For example I bought tickets from them and paid extra for refundability should I not be able to make the flight. 2 times this happened and the failed to refund. The owe me $1,500+ and agree to that but years later the have failed to refund me citing the person who signs checks is out on vacation or other unbelievable reasons.

In the trash bin! I flew more than 100 times with Lufthansa but everytime I fly with ANA or JAL I understand the huge difference and distance LH stands to these two ones. Food, inflight services, attendants kindness, general CLEANLINESS are in a completely different category!
Lufthansa is the worst, absolutely the worst. It's currently 2024, and I had booked a one-way flight from Incheon to Bologna via Frankfurt on October 3rd. However, my flight from Incheon to Frankfurt on May 3rd was canceled. I had to book a slightly delayed alternative flight, but first, the full refund for the canceled flight has still not been processed (as of the end of August). To make matters worse, the alternative flight was also canceled. I can't believe it! I called Lufthansa's Japanese branch multiple times about the refund, but they only kept saying they would "push it through." Despite not getting a refund for the first two bookings, I had to buy a new, expensive ticket (with another airline and different routing, of course). So, even though I had been preparing since March, I ended up buying a ticket only a month ago, and with the refund yet to be processed, the cost for a one-way trip has exceeded 1 million yen. When I complained harshly over the phone about the terrible treatment, they just said they would report it to their superior, but it felt like they were indifferent. I'm really furious-can this airline even run a business? In any case, LH is the absolute worst, and it's better to avoid them.
Qatar in my opinion is one with poor service,who do not reply to complaints.I reserved two seats after paying extra money.But I was given a damaged seat. When I complained I was directed to go to a seat which lacked the facility,for which I paid extra money.My complaints did not get a reply.Service at Doha was also not satisfactory.
You are one of the unlucky people who has bad seats, bad experience and a bad day. But your mind might change when you board another different route, with a better mind. Like for example, business class on Emerates didn't feel that good in my very first ride in 2016. But in 2017 rode them again they were great. It might also depend on condition, like most flights are horrible whe you have cold, or problems, or worries. I will recommend to ride them again, but it might be expensive so all your choice.
I'm not suprised that PAL didn't make the list....bad enough that they charge more for tickets than most asian carriers but it shouldn't be a mystery why Acquino Int'l airport in Manila was voted one of the worst airports
I would pay attention to the safety record of the airline. Thus, I'd definitely avoid Korean Air, which has an accident-ridden past and has veered off course so badly that the Russians have shot down two Korean Air planes. Safety and Emirates don't go together very well either. A plane crashed at Dubai airport due to pilot error in 2015. Another one almost flew into the buildings close to the airport some time ago. There are airlines that have had no accidents for decades, but they don't seem to register with people who provide these adverts.
World is big. If you lived in Egypt or like Egypt style, you would like it, but outside of Egypt there might be better airlines, but Egypt air might be the best for you, but may be not for others.
You should make assumptions based on experiences not you feel it. If you have bad experiences or experience share it… I have flown them for couple times great experience.

The worst airlines are US and Air France. I deemed ALL European air carrier pilots are INCOMPETENT and the worst Airline Pilot in the world. They lack pilot skills to communication to disasters. I stay away from European Air Carriers like the MAX.
Air Canada is one of the worst airlines ever, very expensive, on flight service is non-existing, within North America flights and flights of more than 4 hours the best you get is one half can of pepsi-cola same applies to almost all US airlines

I am sorry but Ryanair is better than PAL?.?.? Yes PAL is good, but the entire world has other better ones. I am a Korean air pilot, and I always hear my Aussie friends saying 'Qantas is over signapore', Qantas is over Qatar and so on. It is normal but Skytrax is right

It's actually at the bottom of the list Philippine Airlines bottom 20. Compare them to the top 10 carriers which turns out to be its competitors two or from Manila QR KE🇰🇷 SQ🇸🇬 BR🇹🇼 CX🇭🇰 JL NH🇯🇵 you will find out the East Asian premium airlines offer a better service than PR
The seating space on PAL has been some of the worst I have ever seen. Often lost baggage. Food not so good. Higher priced air fare. And no integrity financially. For example I bought tickets from them and paid extra for refundability should I not be able to make the flight. 2 times this happened and the failed to refund. The owe me $1,500+ and agree to that but years later the have failed to refund me citing the person who signs checks is out on vacation or other unbelievable reasons.
@edwinholcombe2741 you are correct if you are flying to MNL the top 10 Airlines in the list from 🇹🇼🇯🇵🇸🇬🇭🇰 will actually offer you a cheaper price than PR🇵🇭. Furthermore you actually avoid the lengthy overnight stay with the ME3 because top 10 airlines in the list from 🇸🇬🇭🇰🇯🇵🇹🇼🇰🇷 will actually offer you another flight to the Philippines with in your arrival at their hubs.

Sorry to say this review missing accuracy AirFrance it’s the words of all. I’m surprised it’s mentioned as a number seven in the list totally disappointing.

In the trash bin! I flew more than 100 times with Lufthansa but everytime I fly with ANA or JAL I understand the huge difference and distance LH stands to these two ones. Food, inflight services, attendants kindness, general CLEANLINESS are in a completely different category!

I was out at Skytrax.
Lufthansa is the worst, absolutely the worst. It's currently 2024, and I had booked a one-way flight from Incheon to Bologna via Frankfurt on October 3rd. However, my flight from Incheon to Frankfurt on May 3rd was canceled. I had to book a slightly delayed alternative flight, but first, the full refund for the canceled flight has still not been processed (as of the end of August). To make matters worse, the alternative flight was also canceled. I can't believe it!
I called Lufthansa's Japanese branch multiple times about the refund, but they only kept saying they would "push it through." Despite not getting a refund for the first two bookings, I had to buy a new, expensive ticket (with another airline and different routing, of course). So, even though I had been preparing since March, I ended up buying a ticket only a month ago, and with the refund yet to be processed, the cost for a one-way trip has exceeded 1 million yen.
When I complained harshly over the phone about the terrible treatment, they just said they would report it to their superior, but it felt like they were indifferent. I'm really furious-can this airline even run a business? In any case, LH is the absolute worst, and it's better to avoid them.

Qatar in my opinion is one with poor service,who do not reply to complaints.I reserved two seats after paying extra money.But I was given a damaged seat. When I complained I was directed to go to a seat which lacked the facility,for which I paid extra money.My complaints did not get a reply.Service at Doha was also not satisfactory.
I thought Qatar was nice but I think their airport is just nice now

You are one of the unlucky people who has bad seats, bad experience and a bad day. But your mind might change when you board another different route, with a better mind. Like for example, business class on Emerates didn't feel that good in my very first ride in 2016. But in 2017 rode them again they were great. It might also depend on condition, like most flights are horrible whe you have cold, or problems, or worries. I will recommend to ride them again, but it might be expensive so all your choice.

I'm not suprised that PAL didn't make the list....bad enough that they charge more for tickets than most asian carriers but it shouldn't be a mystery why Acquino Int'l airport in Manila was voted one of the worst airports
I would pay attention to the safety record of the airline. Thus, I'd definitely avoid Korean Air, which has an accident-ridden past and has veered off course so badly that the Russians have shot down two Korean Air planes. Safety and Emirates don't go together very well either. A plane crashed at Dubai airport due to pilot error in 2015. Another one almost flew into the buildings close to the airport some time ago.
There are airlines that have had no accidents for decades, but they don't seem to register with people who provide these adverts.
