- Merlyn, the fourth major post-release content update for Albion Online, is now live!
This update brings new life to the Royal Continent, with the all-new Faction Warfare system, a redistribution of open-world resources, and new crafting and refining bonuses. The Marketplace UI has been streamlined and updated, and a new overcharge system brings exciting new dimensions to combat in Albion. Merlyn also brings new and updated dungeons, costumes, and trophies, numerous weapon and armor updates, and many other improvements.

Holy cow I just spent an hour doing faction fights and this is what Albion has been missing. I am thrilled. This is so much fun.

When android version releases this game is going to get a massive bump to playerbase. Mostly kids but still, android market is like 10 times bigger than PC market.

TweFoji I agree and this update didn't do it for me unfortunately I'll be quitting Albion. Fraction warfare is mainly big guilds just merging together with a few random players getting rewards. It's just not interesting to me and not worth my time.

Well, Runescape is a really old game, just like World of Warcraft, has its own fans that grew up with it, this game was released two years ago.
JoeyD lol yea they are getting old. But the stylized gfx of Albion makes it so you can play on your phone / tablet which is great for crafting stuff at work during downtime.
You can see that the industry thinks mobile will help lots as old school RS finally making it to Apple phones this year and next year will be rs3 I think they said.
So the gfx for Albion are pretty legit I think for the ability to play a desktop mmo that has mobile players playing.

There is in game premium which you can pay for with in game silver or real world money. You can make enough silver in game for premium at mid tier gathering.

1070 was getting me 30 fps has that increased?
I play on 1070 and have had no problems in performance

You may have other issues if you're unable to run this game higher than 30fps with a 1070.
