NZ SPEARFISHING - Feeding myself for 2 weeks (Butterfish catch and cook)

In this mission of Kai down under I head to a local fishy reef here in Bluff and Harvest Butterfish aka greenbone to fill my freezer.
Its been rough weather for a while now so I haven't been able to get fish and my freezer is low in stock.
After changing my lifestyle and diet to a more self sustainable one I take the oppurtunity to use this good weather window to get the mahi done and stock up on Ika again.
Follow along as I explain the process of shooting, dispatching, filleting and cooking a meal!
We do the mahi, we respect the moana and we eat like kings!!

@@catchreload6708 hey brother unfortunately im off to TeAnau and have mahi on aswell, the weather is looking shocking on saturday so the viz will e stitred up for a while afte but there might be a window of oppurtunity to get out on sunday morning, my advice would be to go on which ever side of Bluff is sheltered from the wind cuzzy!!

Bro I can relate to so much of this lol 😆 hard work ,family and self/environment sustainability but I wouldn't have it any other way solo dive too bro ? I find with the kids(5) and misses thats what I do a lot of because it's hard to get a good mix of Friends and family on these missions what's your thoughts?
