"-kun" is pretty much the same as "-chan" but for boys. eg. "Sasuke-kun". However neither of these would be appropriate in a workplace environment. Like you wouldn't want to call your boss using "-chan" or "-kun". Being professional, you'd wanna use "-san", which is basically like Ms, Mr, and Mrs. Just use their last name instead of their first, then add -san. I could be wrong about the exact use, but basically that person is a frickin weeb.
