@@CADCAMTutorials I use crack file . So it doesn't have 2D , only have 3D Basics, 3D Modelling, Drafting and Annotation. Some of my friends get no problem. but in my computer, i got that problem

Click on the gear symbol located at lower right side of the screen and select 2d electrical workspace.
