@@davidkelly499 His specialisation is English and French though which is what he is classically trained in - I've seen him fumble quite a few simple dishes (go check his grilled cheese sandwich, its a running joke, and his pad Thai which was criticised by a master Thai chef pretty heavily too lol)

They're saying that they got up at 4am to get those clams but when Gino throws them out, you can see that there are only two of them. XD I'd be pissed too if I got up at 4am for two clams.
