My observations and suggestions as you noted you were doing Keto.
I expect some people reading this comment will disagree. That is fine.
    - Avoid purchasing so many processed 'food' packages. If you want protein rather eat meat fish chicken rather than the processed protein shakes.
    - Eat some eggs for breakfast rather than granola sugar laden processed fiberboard.
    - Pizza on Keto? - tons of carbs not Keto at all.
    - Those Keef Patties have transfats garbage - I can only imagine how much transfat actually in them that they have to actually print they include transfat in nutrition facts -- only so far can one lie...
    - What is riced cauliflower? Has no protein, no carbs, no fibre? What is it then and why eat it?
    - Not Milk Chocolate- tons of carbs.
    - Coconut cluster, Coconut Chocolate cups, Yoggies? they added sugar to make it taste good and addictive...
Keto lifestyle benefits will likely not work with all these purchases. Sorry, just being honest.
If you serious about Keto, one needs to drop the addiction to sugary sweet tastes and snacking. It is hard to break, I know.
Takes lots of will power, there are no short cuts and don't even think of taking the life long medications like Ozempic.
Avoid any hydrogenated products and all vegetable oils (which are actually seed oils) which are really just industrial lubricants... not healthy as we have been lead like sheep to believe.
Keto (or any change in eating habits) really only works if you make it a lifestyle change, changing one's eating habits, rather than treating it as a diet - which is normally viewed as a temporary change. Just my two cents.
The US/Canada diet is the root cause of most health issues - but the agricultural, 'food', medical, pharmaceutical industrial complex does not make money if you are healthy... so they are just too happy if believe their 'healthy' diet recommendations.

There's another couple of factors to consider. One is what is your daily Carb target. I try for a max of 20 Carbs per day. That really limits some of the stuff I buy. Another factor is the Serving Size. Some products have a very small serving size, so you need to factor in how much you want to eat of a product. If the serving size is small, by the time you multiply the number of 'servings' you want/need to eat by the carbs per serving, a number of products are no longer 'Keto'.
Just because something is labeled 'Keto' does not mean that it will help you meet your Carb consumption objectives.
