I just activated the esim but whenever I used the esim to call someone, the signal in physical sim is not available. What would be the solution for this?

When it switches between carriers does it keep your primary phone number active? For example if I have bad service on line 1 if someone calls me on line 1 will it use that cellular signal or will they call on line 1 but it will use the better cellular signal?

After changing all the settings. Someone can text me off of the second phone line but as soon as I reply it goes back to my first line???
