    Hi They Do Exist,
Regular Boracare is quite safe. The Mold Care additive is the one with all the restrictions and danger warnings. It is Ammonium Chloride and should only be used in well ventilated areas. If you are going to be using in a crawl space you will need a respirator and proper personal protective equipment.

Can I spray it in the unfinished basement of a house already built (a long time ago obviously)?

I'm remodeling a bathroom. Can I use the BoraCare with Mold Care on the exposed wood prior to putting the drywall up?

Do I have to cover my skin and face when spraying BoraCare? It doesn't look like this is much of a concern in this video.

How many gallons of this chemical is need to treat an entire house, new construction of 2500 sq feet?

One gallon of BoraCare typically treats about 1600 square feet, depending on how much you're using. Roughly 2 gallons will treat your 2500 square foot home.

@@solutionspestandlawn Thank you for this response. So 2 gallons of covers 2500 square feet before dilution? Again, I appreciate your time.

Hi, what's the difference between Tim-bor and Bora-Care? Can you apply both? Are there any special instructions? And can both be used to treat wood inside a house and are either harmful? Thank you!

They are both the same active, but Boracare is considered the better product and will be absorbed better through the wood, then Tim-bor. BoraCare has an added ingredient that aids in absorption. www.solutionsstores.com/bora-care

Also regular Boracare (not the Moldcare version) will only kill fungus and wood boring insects. It will not kill or prevent mold. Boracare Moldcare is needed. You can look at the site DoMyOwn.com where they have an extensive Q&A on these products. This is where I both bought and learned about it.
