Wow! Judge Funmi surprised me with this very thoughtful decision. She could read the woman's attitude of over-confidence just because this time around the baby happened to belong to the guy. She decided to balance up the hospital bills with the one that the man had earlier paid for another man's child. That's Solomonic wisdom. After all, the woman wasn't remorseful nor appreciative for the pains that she put the guy thru' by her deceit. She's not a reliable person so, it's gud that the guy has moved on.

It is very disheartening to see many women always emotional and bias about issues like this even when they don't have details. Alas, many didn't watch the previous episode or hearing regarding, perhaps watched but didn't remember the events.
The comments session is a testimony that many are not yet healed about their unfortunate experience or knowledge acquired thus the bitterness against men.
FYI, allow me drop few tips. The first child she had was for another man but pushed to the guy as the father. The guy, unknowingly he wasn't the biological father accepted the baby as a father with responsibilities (within his capacity) until the truth was revealed thus the reason he said he doubted the second child was his until DNA confirms he is the biological father.
That which was the reason Judge Funmi refused to ask the guy to settle the financial bills of the second child since he took care of the bills for the first child (who he wasn't his/her biological father). Though, he claimed he wasn't sure he's the biological father of the second child, he wasn't totally absconding.
How I wish individuals can be reasonable and meticulous when it comes to marital issues!

If you get a woman pregnant you need to be fully responsible for your actions using the first child to punish this current one by not showing up at the court for settlement is an act of wickedness.he needs to be there for that child in all areas

The only advice I will give here is, make sure you know who you are dating before you start having unprotected sex. Anyone having unprotected sex should also bear in mind the consequences. What exactly were you expecting when you were having unprotected sex. You are all adults; behave as same.
