At the very least, make him pay for the costs of the GYN exam and abdominal scan that the plaintiff had to undergo. Add an addition monetary value for “pain and suffering.” This dude is, clearly, a slickster and a liar. 🤥The plaintiff got NO restitution. He uttered crap about her to a wide audience AND he took her money without ANY intentions of paying it back. And he knows that she has a child to feed, clothe and school? I am not in agreement with the judge on this matter. The defendant was not held accountable to the fullest extent of the law.

May i suggest the court should go digital ( computerise) with visual board to enable transmission of the bank statement visual for all to see instead of the court sergent going back and forth between the judge and the defendant.
