Silicone Fingertips are available in a 12 count package at Walmart. They are around $3.00. This is is wonderful tool to use on fingers when using the hot glue. I put them on my thumb and the first two fingers of the hand that will have contact with the hot glue on the project. Lifesaver!!! Love your work, thanks for sharing. Pat Land
Thank you, Patricia, you know what is sad is that i have them lol i just forget to get them out. I have to put them where i see them maybe next to my glue gun.
Awesome!
Patricia Land00
Patricia Land - I need it, hot glue hurt my finger real bad, ouch! Thank you for let me know where's silicone fingertips at Walmart.. Thank you again..
i didnt know abt them. i keep a cup of cold water beside me to stick my fingers in. thx for the fingertip idea
Your angels are beautiful. I have made about 20 deco mesh angels and about 150 smaller lace angels. My tree will only have angels in honor of my Daddy who past away in April and Christmas he always went over the top for us. He would even climb on top of the roof and all five of us looking out the window for Santa while Mom was putting Santa gifts around the tree. I'm 63 and to this day Daddy would make it so real by stomping on the roof , ringing a cow bell and yelling ho ho ho. To this day I can still see Santa and his raindeer leaving. I started making Christmas angels in June. Now I'm making wreaths. I saw your rain deer wreaths and fell in love with the deer head one. So I am going to order the head. Thank you for sharing your awesome talent with us. 💕💕💕💕
Fabulous and quick and easy
Thank you Tricia that is the best part of this angel

Using the rotary cutter on the mess sure works slick but don’t you worry about fraying? I use silicon finger cots when I use my hot glue gun.
Hello Gloria! All mesh frays but the ones I use are wonderful and barely fray. You can find them at Craft Outlet, Trendy Tree, and The Wreath Shop. And I need to get some silicone finger protectors. Thank you for watching, Lori.
That is gorgeous...but tell me please too...have you done the video on the spider web wreath on your door!? I love that too!!! I didn't see it on your list...thanks
Thank you, Sandra, I did it will be out Thursday
Try using vinegar on burns. That's an old way to treat burns. My Grandma, 60 years ago, use to put vinegar and brown paper on our sunburns. I burned my fingers baking in the middle of the night! That was not smart! Well anyway, I looked up on line, and they said to soak your hand in vinegar. It really works!
Thank you, Donna, I will try that next time
Lori..it sucks cause where I live in the Appalachians in eastern ky Harlan co.ky we have no dollar tree...no Hobby Lobby..the only thing we have is a dollar store n Wal-Mart.a very very small Wal-Mart...so I'm limited I n mesh and things..but I made a pretty manger seen..i would love for you to see it..
So, sorry. I get it, a lot of time from many of my Community. They do have online but I don't think they'll ship to your location. I wish they would make some changes. Don't forget to like and share. Thank you, Lori.
beautiful angel. disappointment on the camera view. We did not see it!! Please redo it! Happy Holidays
Thank you, very much, there Dottie. Yes, it was last years. I hope to make a new one this year. Don't forget to like and share. Thank you, Lori.

You are very, welcome Mary. I am so happy you have enjoyed the tutorial. I hope someday you'll make one. Like and share. Thank you, Lori.
I think I can do this !!!!
You can do it Juls
you put the bow down too far it should be right under the ornament as well as the bodice made out of the 3 pieces of ribbon would look better
I did both ways but where you put the bodice is up to you i only provide suggestions.
Love this! I am starting to make Angels..
Question, what is that fabulous "tool" called that you put the wings n ties into called??
Happy Crafting 😉
Hi Doris! It’s called a Bowdabra and you can purchase them from Amazon and Hobby Lobby. Here’s the link. www.amazon.com/dp/B000FVUBJO?tag=onamzhard008-20&linkCode=ssc&creativeASIN=B000FVUBJO&asc_item-id=amzn1.ideas.3H7NL43QJ942F&ref_=aip_sf_list_spv_ofs_mixed_m_asin. Thank you, Lori.
I just made one with white mesh from dollar tree for practice plus wanted smaller version for a cemetery saddle for Christmas. Mine frayed quiet a bit some Dt MESH holds better than other packs from there so hope i dont have this problem later on lol. But did u use basic white mesh one your first angel? Sorry know this video a year old but figured u msy remember. I probably end up using 10in from craft outlet when time comes. TFS!!
So many people making these on utube now all made the same way
Very true it’s that time of year and it’s quick and easy
Very nice :) Great job :)
Thank you Barbara
that is cute
