I can’t be the only one that feels Kitana has to work so hard in this game. Like she hits hard with Jax but like getting that hit for some reason is really difficult
@@JohnLick96 I mean she has no mix, when I play Kitana people just turtle up she can’t open you up unless she grabs. Or they try to mash but good players don’t do that.

hi! i had a question on an input for kitana. when i try to convert 2 into db1 most of the time it thinks i’m inputting db2 instead do you know how i can fix this ? love your vids btw
@@matthewvera199 it can happen if you try to buffer the motion input (Down, Back) too early, try to be more conscious of your input when practicing it should happen less. Then with practice it'll become natural
The Kitana offense you have developed is very impressive. I started to lab some of these setup you do, and confirms. What Im having hard with is, 2412DF2 follow up. Do you call-in close Jax backbreaker, or far? All other Jax links seem to be a lot easier to follow-up, this one somehow give me trouble dashing in with a confirm. Would appreciate if you could shed some light on it.
@@likenoother6561 But if the opponent does their armored wake up attack, then that will beat both the throw and the wind bomb no? I mean to say, there is a way to escape the trap with armored wake up attack right?
Her combos are easy imo, always same routes, easy hit confirms, same ways to amplify damage etc. Different gravity doesn’t affect much to her usual BNB

It's pretty easy if you played her in MK11. You have to be careful with what attacks you're leading with, while trying not to over commit.

Check your controller settings. I think your RELEASE CHECK is ON.

Far kameo. Try calling him in between first and second hit of df2 then you start to dash immediately
Just curious, why do you do the grab after setting up the trap in the corner combos?

@@alfredomachin2521no. it’s two hits that are immediate so it breaks armor unless u play ashrah since her armor has 3 hits

Kitana so tough to learn compared to the other characters. Her combos require so much timing ⏱️ and work

It's not her combos that are hard, it's her openers that are. How you start with the combo is too hard cus she is built as a punisher this game.b
