I think that you have missed an important point, the most important rule of trading: "buy low, sell high". Now, you should have found out which ones are making the better deal and are being the smarter ones. The others are actually buying high, selling low. And I have no problem with that, we need high buyers to sell high, and low sellers to buy low.
Well if you only focus on the economic aspect of this phenomenon then this makes total sense,however, exposure contributes to experience which may subsequently expand the horizons of one’s intellect. JS
You should rather think of it as economically/educationaly well off people try to maximize their capital in a less well off country. And poor people wanting to acrue the capital and reap the benefits of industrialized nations. Both sides could be morally critisized from the perspective of the rich- not contributing to the economy which facilitated their current standing, for the poor- not helping your countrymen to be lifted out of poverty.
If poor people go to rich countries and and get a pr or citizenship there , then his poor country people treat them as a king or queen when they come for a vacation especially in Asian countries
I've seen so many people come running back from poor countries after threats of violence against their families, arson, robberies, and assaults. A recent account had three of the four and nobody local stood up for them.

Some examples are being blamed for the pandemic or an earthquake and having to hide for over a week from locals (in one case she had to smuggle herself out and clearly suffered from this trauma for years, it shaped much of her life after), being drugged repeatedly and taken to ATMs (it only takes a touch to your skin, attending your food and drink won't suffice to protect you), waking up naked in a ditch with bruises all over, getting the Gringo price everywhere even after more than a decade living there as a very upstanding person, having a new laptop delivered and then 5 people coming over to tear your door down and threaten your life so you have to move the next day, etc. Sometimes it's funny like when an expat realtor in Belize, thinking he knows the lay of the land, gets the Gringo price on jerk chicken and I see the look on his face while he pretends it isn't happening. If you're White in Latin America you are always in danger and will usually pay more for less. You always have to prove yourself to a bitter and backward people. The people who deny this are either naive or lying to you.
