There is a little removable thing between the two water inlet tubes. The old one might have been left behind when you take the old cartridge out. Get a flashlight and pull it out before trying to insert the new one! Also do remove the two "tube covers" don't remove the little plastic thing between the tubes.
hahahhahahahah thats hilarious that just happend to me doing that on my grandmas sub zero. she said i didnt know what i was doing since water came out . thats reassuring knowing that happend to you too. i dont wanna fuck up a 10,000$ fridge

not very helpful. Doesn't show what to do with the "reset" button....and when you push the filter in water shoots out all over?
