Thanks Don. My Subzero fridge is like the first one you demonstrated above. I can twist the water filter but it won't come out. It is stuck in there. Do you have any suggestions?

So… how do you clear the annoying alarm that you mentioned?

There should be a filter reset button next to the filter on the front of the condenser. Press and hold this to reset it, and the alarm should go away.
