The reception hall was stunning. 😍 wow. Prettiest one I’ve seen. Nothing tacky. Everything was chic. The ceremony was beautiful. It so nice to see the real side of the couple when they are saying their vows. Going over 24k is a bit too much though, but they had a fantastic wedding day.
There’s no way this couple is going to last! They both have zero impulse control, lack communication skills, and are only concerned about what they want individually instead of coming together and working as a team. smh.
@@canucksgirl25 That is wonderful to hear that they’ve been married for 12 years! I am not jealous. I am happy for them that they have grownup together and are having a healthy, happy, and successful marriage. I was just stating my observation from their behavior during this episode and that if neither of them was willing to work on themselves, then it seemed like their marriage wouldn’t last long.

Did she even know the shops name then she can sue I can just imagine how she may feel. Knowing that you put money on a dress that was her dream dress. They should have called her once they knew but they took her money
It may have been Alfred Angelo. They went backdrupt some years ago, closed all their shops, and liquidated their dresses - even the ones with deposits on them. So many brides were left without dresses and, as a result, no dress budget!
you can't sue if they are bankrupt. It's a risk you take when you pay a deposit for a dress a year in advance. It happened recently in Australia where people lost thousands of dollars and had no dress for their weddings, some of which were only a few weeks away. If I ever got married I would buy off the rack or have a reliable seamstress make it
@@MsJubjubbird There are alot of women that I've and heard that Meade this same mistake. This is a very important day and trying to find the dress is part of the wedding. It’s stupid people complain about the cost of the wedding when they have loads of people coming. If you want to go under budget then have a small wedding.
While I realize - brides & grooms like these two, make good tv. It’s sad to think that they have no real idea what “Marriage “ really means. Divorce court next up! ☹️🇨🇦🤔
Why are the boutonieres on the wrong lapel? Iknow that the rules are you are suppose to only have a boutoniere or a pouff but let's get real everyone has both. Hardly anyone attended the ceremony it seemed which is sad. I have to admit if I lost my deposit $1500 to a bankrupt co. stolen or whatever I would be choosing something on sale but not this bride. The groom and the witness should not be drinking. IN some countries there may be an issue about the legitimacy of the wedding. The cymbidium orchids were a little large for the boutonieres for the dad and groom. There are m ini cymbidums that would be more in scale. Oh well. they seemed happy but the spending was out of control and a bit classless but i always say the bride and groom are right. The bride did look ny chic not sure if that was their vibe or theme but such is life. They should have reduced the light show, decor, chocolates and dress. Florals could have been cut and created drama using green hydrangeas and curly willow painted.
I always wonder if this is scripted. There seems to be a recipe or formula for the show. Lots of conflict. WEdding planner/s trying to get the reigns and control of the bride and groom. Conflict between the bride and groom. Overspending. Lack of communication or hiding expenditures. Over grandiose ideas and narcisstic tendancies. Brides and grooms thinking they are classy and to be honest most are posers or wannabes. The people on these show while I hate the word trailer trash they really just aren't of the elegance, sophistication and to be honest means - hence why they probably are on this show. Let's talk about the white elephant in the room - why do they do these shows? Money - they must get something ie $5000 or $10,000. This show isn't like some of the other shows that are up front the bride and groom are getting such and such money.
Apparently in the episodes past season 1 there are scripted/overacted scenes in each of the episodes. Sometimes with the more outlandish moments you can see someone trying not to laugh
I've watched nearly all of these episodes and not one couple has mentioned their honeymoon and how much that would cost. And not many are concentrations on the word marriage only on the wedding arrangements. Please tell me that it's scripted and the couple arent really that shallow minded.
There was one where the couple said they would pay for the wedding with credit cards so they could use the rewards points to pay for the honeymoon. And one on a spin off of this where the groom bought the bride a trip to Fiji as a present. But I think when you're on a wedding TV show you're going to end up being focused on the wedding and, if you are not production will prompt you to do so

it comes off as more of a really expensive birthday party imo instead of wedding. but maybe thats okay. it is aesthetically very nice

If you have to check on your husband drinking, that is a big red flag.
Agreed!!!! She checked in on him several times. Kinda crappy she can’t trust him to be sober for the ceremony
Why do people have to impress others instead of focusing in on just something beautiful.
This couple is very unique! Usually in this show only ONE person in the couple is childish and obnoxious
🤣🤣🤣
They are both childish and obnoxious. 😮

and all just to impress people
Weddings are fairytale that you recover from a week later and realize your broke.
Looked beautiful but $80,000 on a wedding is pure insanity!! What were you thinking??
For 300 guests..and I’ve seen worse..my wedding was expensive and it was small..
I always think it’s amazing to look at how many people are at the ceremony vs. how many people show up at the reception to eat and drink for free
Right?! That's my wedding and a house down payment!
They not going to Last long if they do not work together at all. On finances and everything.

Next stop - Til Debt Do Us Part! The financial immaturity was annoying. The things people do to impress others.
The "if you increase the budget, then I will too" attitude set off Kill Bill sirens in my head.
If it's a southern European weddings they get cash people pay for their plates
They have the money so why not? They own homes and cars

I liked the 1st dress she tried on better than the one she chose.
I hope these spoiled brats always have plenty of money and never find themselves in truly hard times...
5500.00 for the dress.. i would think it would have looked much better

Yes, they are supposed to be worn on the left lapel.

Usually in Southern European weddings especially Italian, Greek,Portuguese plus Maltese and South Europe give cash to help pay for the weddings
Let your groom win . Sometimes.
If the dress shop was out of business, how did she make an appointment for alterations?? Sure, Jan.
Appointment was made when deposit was left and the dress was ordered. This can be many months in advance
Its a big European wedding
