The Fisherman - Fishing Planet - Season 2: TROPHY Brown Trout at Saint Croix Lake!
We are still at Saint Croix Lake, Michigan, only this time I am trying to find the best location for Brown Trout. While I have caught the Brownies multiple times on the Fairy Tale Dock, I have never caught anything bigger than a Trophy, and that was on Fishing Planet Classic a long time ago. I thought I would give another location a try over on the Sandy Cape peg, stright across from the buoy on the left at about 170 to 200 feet. While a Unique is still eluding me, I still managed to pull three Trophy Brownies, numerous Common, and even a Trophy Walleye. I think the Unique is here, it is just a matter of timing and hitting that sweet spot just right!

Thanks Hawkeye. Wasted a good 1 hr before looking you up to find the Brown Trout and dropped my rods. All 3 on stand had a Brown Trout (Feeder & 2 Bobber Rods) plus my Lure Rod I had in my hands. All 4 reeling at same time, lol. Thanks a bunch! -Mike
