sir y we use const before the function name like const increment ....

because this is also a way called function expression, to define a function. and we use const so that the function will not be overridden by any other value or any other function. we use const to define unique variables and they cannot be changed, if someone tries to, it throws an error. there are multiple ways to define a function.
