You were putting it in the wrong way on the first attempt. But I guess you got that figured out. Where did you order the filter from? Dealer told me they couldn’t get them.
@jacodyseals9047 it's spring loaded put it in the tank and push down on it and you will feel the spring. Pust straight down and hold it down while you put the nut on
No I didn't. I had a low rpm misfire, so I tried different plugs, that didn't help so I tried the fuel filter and that didn't help either. The only thing that made a big difference was cleaning the throttle body which I have a video on that
@@kerrysgarage4641 man this sounds like the same issue im experiencing. Loss of power and main concern is that im getting gas in my oil. I changed it and a week later I can smell it and it became more thin. Where u getting gas in oil?
@@HTXJM no. This machine sat at the dealership for over a year. It seemed to never run right. How do your plugs look after idling and after riding. What can-am mod err l do you have
@@kerrysgarage4641 I pulled my plugs and cleaned them with electric solvent and didnt look bad. I have the 2020 hd8max. Just paid the dang thing off ridiculous! I will say, I not sure if these machines like ethanol shield in gas. But still
@@HTXJM haven't heard of ethanol shield. Straight premium no ethanol. Try taking off the throttle body and clean along with the injector spray nozzle. Might have to try getting a new injector spray nozzle

I got the same exact explanation from my dealer.
