Fed’s Patrick Harker on ‘Process’ of Rate Cuts, Unemployment

Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia President Patrick Harker said the central bank should start the process of rate cuts and “keep it moving,” as he discussed the US labor market and economic impacts on consumers. Harker spoke on the sidelines of the Jackson Hole economic symposium.
