I do not think there is any technical basis for asserting that google TPUs are equivalent to the current Nvidia products. Or that, as competitors, any of the hyperscalers' proprietary gpus are a near- or middle- term threat to Nvidia's market share.
I still think Nvidia continues to go up over the next 2 /3 years . By then hyperscalers will be satisfied and more small companies will be in the game but id say Nvidia is in the 3 inning of a 9 inning game

In all seriousness, I see a company that is willing to take on all of the known challenges regarding implementing AI, helping everyone be onboard and being as innovative as humanly possible regarding AI’s future and NVIDIA’s success as this new tech blossoms. I am very thankful for Jenson to be the CEO. I love that he was a very hard worker doing dishes and has real standards for his work ethic. I have also washed dishes and considered myself the best. I love full time in a Semi Truck with no days off. I have and will continue to invest my income into NVIDIA with hopes of an early retirement. I am really struggling understanding AI's cost/benefit. Nvidia's massive tens of billions dollars of revenues/growth is a cost for all other businesses purchasing their chips. Where is the returns on that? What is the productivity increase form these massive increase in cost? ChatGPT, MSFT etc all seem to be producing niche things that is not translating to productivity. AI is medicine, driverless cars etc are far away despite what Musk would have us believe. For the internet, there was more than a decade gap between the systems upgrade (think CISCO, IBM etc popping) and internet actually becoming productive (ecommerce etc). My bet is that the same lag will be there for AI.
