Warhammer ASSEMBLY needs ONLY 4 tools. But which are best?

- How to assemble and build miniatures can be a time consuming and tool filled process. But what are your options? And well, I needed an excuse to build an whole host of my own miniatures. You know, before I ended up putting them in a raffle at my local school.
I'm not expecting a huge amount of views on this video but I needed to do something to get through my incredibly epic pile of shame!
So thanks in advance if you watch and read this!

THAT GAP FILLER TRANSITION WAS SO UNHINGED
Wasn’t a waste of effort using that clip then. 🤣🤣
Hahahaha I just scrolled down here to say the same thing.
My inner voice instantly screamed "WHAT!" when it came up.
My inner voice was all, "heh, heh, heh, yeeeah boy!" @@Captn_Grumpy
I was waiting for the transition, the whole video. I was not disappointed
I genuinely blurted out, "Excuse me?!?!"
You just saved me so much with the Tamiya hack. You’re the GOAT, man.
No problem. Only wish I could get some here.
Horse Glue. Niiiiiiiice! 😉
Phew! Someone got the comedy reference! 😜
Oh far out. Penny just dropped.
My favorite parts of assembly are: gluing my fingers to the model when I’m holding the arms on the model while the bolter and hands set and also when I snip a piece off the sprue just to find that the piece I cut was actually a tiny detail.
Haha! Oh man it’s not just you!
It's why the Tamiya cement is so good! You just make a fingerprint to buff out instead of gluing yourself to the model.
The transitions were particularly excellent in this one, the Horse stock footage for the glue bit didn’t go unnoticed 😂
Also, sprue goo is excellent, so long as you use one of the Tamiya extra thin jars if you have more than one, as the brush applicator gives you the precision that you mentioned was lacking. I’ve found it to be so useful.
I’ve got some in an old tamiya jar. The only thing I thought was “damn, I wasted my tamiya glue and can’t find the refill”. 🤣🤣
And yes, I thought I’d try to sarcastic titles in this one
@@thestateofplay2023 Also an alternative that doesn't smell quite so strongly of petrol-station is swap the plastic glue for acetone in the sprue-goo. It smells like nail polish instead, and results in a more 'green-stuff' texture that can be shaped the same way, with about the same working time (So make sure you close that lid)...and you can usually buy acetone in gallons to refill the jar and remix it if it does dry out in the pot.
Really useful vid - cant wait for more in the series. Please make it a playlist, not enough youtubers use them and I find it really handy to navigate when you do a series like this!
Not a problem. I’ll add them as I go to a new playlist.
Love your sense of humor. I’m eager to watch this whole series. This is right up my alley.
Cool, I’m sure I’ll be peppering in some other content too so stay tuned!
Great video! I will say the Citadel mold line remover is good for terrain and large minis to remove lines and sprue nubs. Can drag with a lot of force with zero worries of gouging model or yourself! :)
Ah, but you could do that….with a butter knife. 🤣
Great video as usual, and a superb sense of humor, a perfect combination👏👏👏👏
Well thank you indeed. 😜
“Or at least hate less” really spoke to me lol
As with much of this hobby it’s a phrase I use often. 😜
Haha, nice to see a new video. Actually - as I'm doning tons of 3D printings... I never ever assembled any of models... I have my stored pile of shame on the shelfs, as all normal hobby guys have any way, but assembling... thank for nice hints and tips. Awesome as usual. Also I like special things like this 13:44 for someone, who made to watch till that moment
Yes I fear I might be going that way as elegoo sent me the Mars 4 ultra. I may be tapping you up for info as I’m a total noob.
@@thestateofplay2023 any time - always welcome ;) You have my contacts (I hope)
great video, the fact that tamiya brush cleaner is the same thing as plastic cement blew my mind. Another good trick is that you can thin milliput with alcohol and make filling gaps super easy, Marco Frisoni has a video on that
Yes I’ve seen that video but honestly don’t want to be messing around with alcohol if I can avoid it. Squeeze and go is my bag! 🤣
Some shocking bits amongst the valuable knowledge. Excellent.
Was it the grapefruit? Too much? 🤣
Earlier in the year a friend brought his paints over and we did some modelling together. The best upgrade ever!
That’s sounds much less lonely than sitting in a room surrounded by grey sorues! 😜
😂
I'm so glad to see this. My wife was nice enough to let me blow some household money on the Kroot Hunting Pack. I haven't built a new model in... wow, I really can't remember how long. This was a great refresher. For clipping things like paper clips, I skip the clippers all together and break out my Leatherman. For filling gaps, I fill it with baking soda and then drop super glue onto it. It dries rock hard almost instantly. It's trick I read about in an old model railroading book.
Really looking forward to your next video!
That’s literally what I spent a few days building. As kits go it’s not half bad, sprue nobs are easy to clean or are quite hidden, few mold lines. Some bloody tiny fiddly parts and I lost one already to the hungry carpet but all in all great kit. They’ll feature in the next video.
Getting started on minis after a 20 year break and excited to follow along with this series!
You’ll probably be an expert before I’ve even had time to make the videos! 🤣
Love the language. Speed pants, contrast pants, base and layer pants, dry pants😂😂
AND you do awsome tuts
You’ve just given me a great idea for a new hobby clothing line! 🤣
You have your first customer 🤣
Great video, good tips 👍.
Some comments;
Contacta cement - clear the blocked metal tube bit by heating with a lighter. Good for bigger models or with poor fit as it has limited gap filling properties unlike super thin, which is always my own first preference. Will be checking out the broach - never too many tools 😅
Thanks for highlighting the Tamiya and AK options for super thin glue, I bought two bottles of the Tamiya airbrush cleaner , should last years 😊.
Fillers; source Tamiya epoxy putty rather than green stuff, just all round better...
Milliput - watch Marco Frisoni's video on it.
Sprue goo - agree about the smell and it can be awkward to use cleanly (sacrifice an old brush?) but, if you know you will be able to blend into the gaps with more super thin cement it can be great, especially when production line assembly of organic/irregular shaped models.
I stopped using the tube stuff because the tamiya brush is just far better. And not everyone has a lighter available. Especially when I switched to gaping. 🤣
And as for sprue goo. I’d rather use my sprues for better uses when the tamiya stuff is so much cleaner, safer, easier and harder no smell. 👍🏼
Another masterclass, thanks again.
Your videos always help make sense of such a diverse hobby.
Yeah, I still get confused and much of these vids help me sort out the wheat products from the chaff ones in my own head. 👍🏼
If there is a Model Railroad shop nearby you can also get good tools & glue and suchlike there.
Model RR & Miniature Wargames are practically the same hobby anyway.
I looked for one and sadly the nearest is 2 hours drive. I lived near one when I was a kid and got most of my stuff there but now, no such luck.
The closest thing to me is a Troll Trader and ironically a Warhammer store.
Super video, really like your style❤ Also really thoughtful subjects😊
Many thanks!
For small gaps squeezing parts together firmly when using plastic cement works well too. They soften and can squish into one another well.
Just don't break anything :p
🤣 You’re absolutely right. And yes, I’ve broken a few nighthaunt pushing too hard.
Thanks for laying out all those options. Now to narrow it down for to get some figures together. Glad you didn't lose that dwarf's thumb.
I nearly lost the thumb….and my mind
Just started playing around with building Gundam models. No need for glue or gap fillers but really liked the info on the clippers and sanding. Have to try that next time I can afford a new model.
Save on mail files. Get more money left for models! 😜
Happy to see another video! I love your smarm, I mean CHARM. I enjoy the build process, it's like putting together a puzzle and is satisfying when completed and primed, but i agree, a thumb is ridiculous.
Smarm. I like it. Let’s go with that. 🤣
Great start to a new series and hope it helps you to not only work on your pile but further the UA-cam stuff. I actually got the tamiya glue in a 2 pack off of amazon and use the 2nd pot for sprue glue, but will definitely have to check the vellejo putty out. It's kinda crazy how much of the stuff I use I've gotten off Amazon. Would recommend trying out glass files, really neat and all you have to do is wash them to clean them. The one I'm using at the moment is from Dspiae lol. I'm finally settling down to work on my BA army and Spacemarine army and videos like these help to not take myself too seriously and enjoy myself.. and not think about how much I just spent on Fanatic paints.Appreciate you and your humor and your videos :D
Thanks. You know what, I think at this point I’d settle for getting stuff done in my hobby rather than views on UA-cam. 🤣 I’ve neglected everything for far to long. Thanks for the tip. I’ll check out those files - coz I need more stuff to occupy me. 🤣🤣
Great video, loved seeing MERP at the beginning, brought back memories! You will like the Dspiar clippers. I have started to get a few of their tools, need to look into that one you showed. For sprue-goo, it does smell, but when you make it thin (using the same airbrush cleaner you mentioned) in an old Tamiya cement bottle with the brush it is more useful. I find I use it almost more than cement. Thanks again for the video!
Oh man I lost so many hours of my life to MERP. They do t REALY make games like that anymore.
I can't state how helpful your videos have been 🙂👍
Thank you! I’m glad they help
@@thestateofplay2023 I've butchered so many models during a assembly its unreal, but thanks to you av got a handle on it
Well done, Been modelling for a long time but like watching how tubers are introducing the hobby to noobs and that was excellent. Also thanks for the thigh master joke for us old timers 👍👍
🤣 There was one in my house growing up. No one EVER used it.
Extra Thin Cement is awesome.
Sprue Goo is temperamental at best and depends on how you mix it. I usually make mine with Tamiya Extra Thin.
Yes, I imagine to brush in the pot may make it easier but what a waste of good old Tamiya. 🤣
Great advice. Thank you so much!
You are so welcome!
The time you put into your videos and the high production value I can see why you never get to your wargaming hobby. This is probably a side hustle but you're putting a lot of great work into the hustle keep it up and as Ninjon would say "Find time in your day to slay the grey!"
🤣 I wish I could call it a side hustle. This video has currently made £22. Hasn’t even covered the cost of a pair of clippers. 😜😂
The Dispiae rock. You can literally pinch the pivot point and cut with them. Pricey, yes. I'll have to check out that scraper.
Ok a vote for the clippers. They’ve now moved further up my list, thanks!
What is funny is they are the "budget" option for Gunpla. Godhands are the expensive variant, at about $50. Dspiae makes great tools though, its what I have been using as I have just started messing with miniatures but have all the tools for Gunpla already. DSPIAE is a brand that is almost universally good, only a small handful of their tools have been less than ideal.
@@Zodacknight I was seriously thinking about getting the Godhands, solely on the basis of the price just to see if they were worth it. If the Dispiae ones are considered "budget" I might have to get the Godhands now.
The Tamiya clippers are also like $30US and IMHO are also "budget" godhands
The issue I personally had with godhands are most are single blades. One cutting bllade side is flat, the other is a blade that’s slightly off centre. Great for the flat surfaces of gunpla but on organic shaped minis I found it left way more sprue nub. Oh they cut like butter but there’s more clean up to do after.
We hit assembling and I had to sit there drawling "truuuuuuuue" for a good 30 seconds. I HATE cleaning mold lines and sprue nubs so much. It's driven me even more happily into 3D printing, despite the pain of cleaning off support scars XD
I just got my first resin printer and you have me worried about support scars now. I’d hoped they’d be invisible. Dammit!! 😜
Loctite ultra control gel is a great super glue. Expensive, but doesn't run, stays where you put it, and worse case scenario you can add baking soda to it for an instant bond.
Love that stuff for resin. I still prefer melting plastic together though.
Brilliant as always! The Bond comparison alone worth a watch 😂. DSPAIE tools are surprisingly good for the price I agree. Great tips thank you! And the Mary and Joseph gag - my goodness just brilliant 😅
In my last video someone commented, “Gods last name is not damn” and unsubscribed. So I thought I’d double down….👍🏼😜
A Thumb! I almost had coffee up my nose! Seriously, while I do enjoy the detail on some of the newer models, I miss the simplistic builds of the 90-00s when you had a torso, arms, legs, head and maybe some optional gubbins. It was a lot easier back then to convert using parts from multiple kits as well whereas today it's extremely more difficult.
Yes, yes and more yesses than I can say to agree with this!
Another great guide!!
Glad you think so!
Best dad joke ever @3min. "At my funeral", indeed.
What do you mean joke? I’ve already bought the gift bags…..
Thx a lot for starting this new series! Can't wait for the next episode.
I'm about to start a new army and I'm struggling with the preparation of some models, since painting them once fully assembled is far from being comfortable or fun. But I haven't found a satisfying solution for breaking down the process yet.
Priming everything in the sprue and painting harder to reach parts of the models shortly after/before building the model? Great in terms of accessibility, but removing the pieces from the sprue/removing mold lines after they've been primed and/or partially painted? Pretty f'ed up.
Preparing all parts incl. assembly for priming without gluing on some parts (like arms) would do the trick... but quite a lot of parts of the affected models need to be attached to the inside of the torso -.-
I rly hope you can provide the missing piece to this puzzle and bring the fun back into this project!
Thx again for the great work, including you're very informative and funny videos in the past. Keep them coming and stay safe!
Ah yes you’ve accidentally hit the nail on the head. The hidden skill of figuring out assembly without assembling every part. There’s not really a trick to it other then reading ahead and deciding whether something SHOULD be glued or not. I tend to not glue anything that covers something else. So arms across bodies. Guns in the way. Glueing to bases. Any number of things I look at right before gluing and go, “nope, not gluing that. There’s no way I want to paint around that!”.
Just as a small point. For the citadel metal tube, you can clear it by taking a lighter to it. Hold it with some pliers (for safety) and then use a lighter on the other end. You will hear the glue burn and pop and it will clear it out. I agree that Tamiya ET is the GOAT but now you have a way to use AI that glue.
The irony is I used to do that up until I switched to vaping. Now I don’t have a lighter in the house anymore. 😜🤣
I felt in love with the DSPIAE cutter, I may try that 🤔 As for the assembling, filling and sanding, HOW DO YOU DARE to say it is not ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC? It is my favourite foreplay, and as such, everybody should think exactly like I do. I'm good at that, coming from model kits, much better than at painting, so I suppose that's why I like it so much...
THANKS FOR THE VIDEO, again :)
I’m glad you have a solid sense of humour. In todays world often people demand you agree with “their way” on everything. Kudos to you sir!!
@@thestateofplay2023 Oh, as long as ALL OTHER people DO things my way, I don't mind much if they have their way of doing things. No big deal if some people don't do things my way, but then they may face the business end of the DSPIAE cutter. And it has TWO business ends, so... People do things my way, at least when they are at arms length from me. I mean, arms length plus DSPIAE cutter length, you know.
@@thestateofplay2023 On a more solemn note, I forgot one thing, about the plastic cement. I've used for years the Revell one, until of course I switched to the Tamiya one because it is just better in every aspect except price, and it is not THAT expensive. I almost never suffered from needle clogs, but nonetheless I used two methods for solving them. And no, I'm not talking about applying a flame to the needle, it works but I find that unnecessarily dangerous. I first tried using an injection needle of a finer gauge (in Spain the needles that came by default with normal syringes were OK, at least back when I used the Revell cement), and if that did not solve the problem, mainly because SOMETIMES some tiny speckle of plastic migrated into the needle, causing a HUGE block, I just submerged the needle in some recipient with strong solvent and after a few minutes the problem was gone.
I'm just sharing this in case somebody uses these kind of bottles for plastic cement, but really the way to go is to switch to the Tamiya one.
Back in my time, it was legal in Spain to buy methyl-ethyl-ketone, which IMHO works MUCH better than Tamiya glue, it was much cheaper, and much more aggressive so you needed less amount of the stuff, which at that time was important because I could not afford hobby supplies. But now, I'd recommend the Tamiya or AK one, it is just much better for plastic, or even for Tamiya putty if you do metal or resin miniatures, for filling gaps using capillary action, etc.
Sorry for the huge comment, but I thought it could be useful.
OK...I have to admit, when I saw the mournful looking horse on the GLUE clip I almost spewed beer all over my monitor. But a little later when the GAP FILLER clip ran...beer came out of my nose. I guess the upside is I don't need my sinuses irrigated now. Good info and it's always great to be reminded about the basics, or things I tend to rush through. Well done as always!
Cheers man, yeah I thought I’d inject a bit of comedy into boring titles. Honestly though I just have to get stuff done or it’ll never happen! Enjoy your beer…and cleaner nose!
@@thestateofplay2023 I'm the same way, which is why your videos have been so valuable in getting me off my arse and building the huge pile of Necromunda terrain that's been languishing!
Oh that old chestnut. Yeah, I know the feeling!
Very elegantly explained.
I do like the AK horse paste.
The only argument I have for not using subassemblies is that I would never ever finish them. They would get painted and just be left unfinished.
I need the little dopamine hit of completing each stage or I simply do not progress.
Assembled, Primed, Painted, Based, Hidden away for many years until I can actually play a game.
Yeah I understand that. But man, you’re at the last hurdle. That’s like watching Endgame right up until Thanos sits down then switching it off. 🤣🤣
@@thestateofplay2023 🤣🤣 When you put it like that; yeah that sounds exactly like me 🤦🏼♂️🤦🏼♂️🤦🏼♂️ I’m terrible at watching the last season or even episode of TV shows.
Ah right. Well spoiler alert. Thanos loses. 😜

Basically if it's got Tamiya or DSPIAE on it you're laughing. I got those Tamiya cutters for £35 when I had an Amazon voucher to spend and was amazed at the difference from the basic Citadel ones - which like yourself I only use for sprues now. Or trimming down the end of rawl plugs if they won't go quite in the wall. Also got the DSPIAE ES-P which is kind of like a tiny handheld mini router that charges via usb and is amazing for taking material off models or creating recesses for magnets.
Well I’m glad my advice is totally wrong. 🤣 I have a dremel for the drilling/sanding stuff but tbh it’s probably overkill and spins way too fast. I could obliterate a mini in seconds.
@@thestateofplay2023 yeah I had the same problem but this thing is designed for what we do so it's really easy to hold and a lot less aggressive. Just googled it too and realised they also do a tiny reciprocating sander with multiple tips - so that's straight on my birthday list along with that other tool you mentioned!
I just picked up the sander. Well worth it. More than halves the time taken to sand
@@thestateofplay2023 Nice! Definitely getting one now then!
Have you tried liquid green stuff for gap filling? It paints on, found it super useful for things like space marine cloaks that never join quite flush.
Also, mad props for an appearance by a Delaque model.
The delaque pop up everywhere!!
Yes I tried the liquid green stuff but it shrinks so badly I’ve avoided it ever since.
Liquid greenstuff is the single worst product I have ever used.
Yes, give that man a prize!
More info for people: Glue: tried over 20 of them, and back to Citadel for gluing most all of the tiny plastic bits that they make you glue just to prove your committment. Use Gorilla Super Glue for ancient resin models. Use JD Weld Epoxy UV tube (US brand?) for the unglue-able-- you dab the glue on, hold pieces for 45s, flip glue pen around, turn on UV, shine for 10-15s and glue is set. Works 100% of time. || Clippers: Make sure to cut with the flat side of the clippers against the sprue. Also cut the thickest sprue attachments first.
Yup, these models have so many bits now. Just took me 3 hobby days to make 20 models!!
@@thestateofplay2023 It's absolutely wild. And sometimes in the same kit GW will already have put together a piece that for another model it makes you put together in 15 pieces. Madness!
Yup, I know exactly what you mean!
That DSPIAE mold line remover tool -- where has that thing been all my life?
I found it hidden deep within the scale modellers and gundam arsenal!
Try Mr Hobby dissolved putty for gap filler!
Ah yes but it needs laquer thinner to clean up properly and I tend to avoid those chemicals in the house because …young kids.
I spilled my coffee at the horse picture with the glue....you savage lol
Unsurprisingly there’s very few metaphor videos of sticky stuff out there outside of …the adult film industry. 🤣

I think you might be the only person ever who’s said that to me. 🤣 most would say “football hooligan”. 😜
Great informative video
Thank you for saying!
What i i put the AK glue in the citadel bottle? Cause I love the little needle accuracy of the citadel bottle.
That’d probably work. You may need to clean the citadel pot out as I don’t know if it’s the same chemicals.
Another amazing video!
Thank you!!
make your own cement in cheap: just get a bottle of butyl acetate and a bottle of acetone, no need to pay a brand markup
I thought about that. It’s not cheaper sadly for the amount you’d get. At least not where I am.
@@thestateofplay2023 both chemicals are typically used for cleaning in industrial / chemical areas in large quantities. If you have a friend there, maybe they can help you out - just wanted to highlight the recipe is pretty simple
Sure, you’re right, a simple 50/50. Sadly everyone I know are office workers. I don’t think they have butyl acetate in the stationary cupboard. 🤣 but I’ll ask as a long shot.😀
Great in depth video 💜
Thanks!
Thanks for the advice! By the way, DSPIAE clippers are great (at least the model I bought...)!
Did you get single blades ones? Does that flat non blade not cause issues on organic shaped minis?
@@thestateofplay2023 Yes, I have Dspiae ST-A single blade. No issues so far, no matter the shape of the mini. I prefer this to the one from Citadel and even the one from RGG (I tried this one because the RGG one fell and the blades bended badly).
I hope this helps.
By the way, sorry for my poor english.
Oh, and yes, I have been using Tamiya airbrush cleaner as plastic cement for several years and It works!
Thank you. I understood everything you wrote, perfectly!
only thing i have to say is for people who dont know yert buy 2 pots of tamiya extra thin one you can refill and one two make tamiya thick stuff
just use one pot until only half remains and then fill it up with sprue you cut up in to small pieces after around 12 hours all the sprue has melted down and your left with some gray gop or slop that you can still use as glue but also as gap filler if you see an gap while dry fitting also dont buy liquid green stuff it does not do what it should it shrinks to much and leaves behind texture you have to sand down later if you want that texture search on youtube for ``the real use for liquid green stuff`` and you will find a nice uncle who talks about some things
dont want to say the name so i dont advertise unfairly
and as allways top video chears mate
ignore what i said i was to hasty :) but still if you use a tamiya pot you can use the applicator brush wich stops you from making to much of a mess
Thanks mate, great info!

G'day mate. Been a fan for the entirety of the 2.5 days since I was suggested a video of yours. Loving these videos.
Quick question; do you have a link or description to that dual ended DSPIAE tool with the magnetic covers? I want it in my tool kit.

1:40 where did u get the display case??
The Muji store, they come in two sizes.
Oh, you're meant to use a damp brush to smooth out the Vallejo plastic putty? I did not realise that, and I've been struggling to make it work for me. I'll be trying that next time I have a gap to fill!
Everything’s better…when things are damp. 🤣
@@thestateofplay2023 XD
I still use milliput and Tamiya filler for my gap filling… the Vallejo stuff never dries quite the way I want it to and my current combo, while more time consuming and expensive, sets up nicer for finer finish work.
I guess I’m just a bit lazy and have less time than I’d like to get stuff done.
sprue goo has caused me more grief than anything else. The fact its still plastic cement means that details can get lost if it goes where it isn't supposed to whereas normal filler doesn't do that. I'd say the best filler I've found is vallejo plastic putty. It can be cleaned up easily and doesn't melt plastic.
I wholeheartedly agree!
Ugh I hate mold lines! Removing them is why I don't put stuff together.
You know it really depends on the ideal these day. I just assembled a bunch of Flesh Easter Courts and there were almost no mold lines at all.

🤣 nothing like a bit of innocent innuendo.
6:27 THE HORSE LMAO
“No horses were harmed in the making of this video”. Well, except the one that became my PVA glue…..
@@thestateofplay2023 lol
Best gasp filling joke ever
What do mean. It’s just an everyday grapefruit. 🤣🤣🤣
Always a pleasure!
The most annoying models I've built lately were the Blood Bowl Elf teams. Elven Union, Wood Elves & Dark Elves are all messes of tiny weird shaped pieces.
I feel you even though I’ve never built those. It’s just taken me almost a month of hobby time to assemble, like 40 tiny models!!
The dspiae electric sander works well - not exactly essential though.
I looked at that. Seemed like it was great from say, tanks and aircraft but thought it may be to harsh for minis.
@@thestateofplay2023 the sand paper is stickers, so could be used for minis. I've used it on resin models so far.
I was thinking more about speed. Might remove too much, no?
@@thestateofplay2023 that's always possible. If you do try it out, I found that everything was in the one nice box and I didn't need the extra heads or sand paper, which I bought anyway because I wasn't sure they were included.
@@thestateofplay2023 there does appear to be 2 different sanders. For reference, I have the "shadows" sander.
That horse for glue ....
🤣 well I couldn’t find anything else….
:(
I see the horses in the glue section...
RIP
Oh man, don’t look at the gap filling section. 🤣🤣

I have genuinely never heard anyone have a bad thing to say about sprue goo. What makes you concerned about its toxicity? I've never made any. Is it the smell?
Sometimes I think people in this hobby are just expected to toe the line. Prime black, black base rims, backflush an airbrush, sprue goo etc. but when you look objectively some of this advice is terrible. Sprue goo is an utter pain to use and surely melted plastic mixed with chemicals isn’t great for you. 🤣 Most tips are: one person said it, and a million others never bothered to challenge it. Everything is personal opinion really. I guess I’m suggesting that people find out for themselves what they like or don’t like instead of doing it because someone once said it was good. 👍🏼
6:28 Bruh...
😜
13:40 NSFW!
Mind the gap.
Dspiae has a pretty broad product line now. I have several of their tools, and like them. I haven't tried the clippers yet, but I have Tamiya and Godhands for the 1-2 cut.
But…it’s a grapefruit?! 🤣
Yeah I’ve been looking at dspiae stuff. Some looks good. Some, I haven’t a clue what it does…😳
@@thestateofplay2023 I can recommend their chisels. They are nice for custom work on models. Perhaps not as useful for minis.
@@thestateofplay2023 They also have a very neat set of sanding sponges.
Hmm I’ll stick with nail files. Cheaper and make my nails look great! 🤣
Behind the times... Warhammer is in its Deathrows...and new vids on the dying franchise keep popping up. Find a new game. GW went WOKE AS Duck. Your time and $$ are gone😢 Capish!
Considering I heard the exact same argument in the 1980s about GW I can’t really agree. A few female custodes don’t really make woke. Now start trek discovery - that’s woke.
I bet you won't ❤ this comment!
I love all the comments and I try to remember everyone and make this whole process more chatty and less preachy. I always hate when I comment and get….nothing. So you were noticed. Both comments you made. 😜
