I always admired these qoutes and speechs from Gai and Lee ...And Feel a surge of motivation when I listen to them..268 lbs to 191 lbs from April 9th this year! ...Fasting 18-20 hours for first 2 months...Weight lifting and maintenance eating for the muscle loss for few months..once I hit 200lbs I started Jogging...10km on the daily now.
I will go to train today. My goal was alsways to becom the strongest man, even if Im small. I will always keep traning. And I also keep learning because I wanna become smarter even if Im dumb today. Thank you for all of your support👍

Honestly, I think that accepting life the way fate has put it forward is nothing short of an insult to oneself. If you're born with simple privileges that many around the world would die to have, sure. Go ahead and let fate lead you. But for many of us around here, every decision, every action, every minute is a matter of survival. We can't simply accept fate and live in a gutter. We have to learn and practice and try all the doors if that's what it takes. But you know what the best part is? We've got nothing to lose. So why be afraid of challenging fate? If you ask me, it was created to be brought to its knees in the first place.
