if you find your inner ork and just want to hit things with a variety of sticks. pointy stick, sharp sticks, ripping sticks and blunt sticks... preferably with a heavy head. thanks for the excellent video
I was waiting for warrior to be covered. The moment I saw that I was able to use some skills to gain aggro, I knew I wanted to be the main tank in the game. I don't care if it's not optimal.
There's two very clear upgrade paths here! I played an assassin warrior in the beta and Rigorous Training was bugged and never proc'ed I trust it's working now. No idea what I'm going to be playing next week yet though.
Fantastic video after the Marksman one, i see why you recommended me to go Marksman for a full DPS build, the Warrior always have, at least, that off tank feeling rather than pure damage.
@@SlanderedGaming Okay my brain is working overtime, so I have a new question. Could I also go Psyker...? Didn't think I was gonna do a Psyker as well but now I like the idea of having the option to spec into it if I want. I will likely mainly focus on my archetype with a few Psyker abilities here and there. Would I spread myself too thin?
Slandered - I may have missed it but have you done a guide on the base talents yet? It would be good to get your views on this or tag them onto another video.
I’ve been waiting for this one, I have decided on a warrior assassin so I’m excited to see what some of these options are. Also as a side note, what stats would you recommend I upgrade? So far the plan is a fair amount of strength as warrior then shift to mainly agility as assassin. Or would you recommend more agility earlier? I do want to play as melee.
As a Warrior I would prioritize Weapon Skill first and then Agility. Then as an Assassin flip that. You get a ton of damage from your attacks with a small investment in strength so that should be your third priority.
@@SlanderedGaming Thanks for the feedback. As a pathfinder player, I have become somewhat paranoid about planning out at least a general character build since some games can be brutal if you just fly by the seat of your pants.
Just wanted to thank you for this writeup, Slandered! I was looking forward to this, as it was the class I liked best in the beta. I have to admit, not much seems to have changed, but then again i suppose the Warrior's not really that hard to screw up 😆 EDIT: I do have one question that's just occurred to me- would the Fortress World's Never Stop Shooting ability trigger with a Psyker's attacks, even if they are a Warrior, and not a Marksman?
@SlanderedGaming and it's not just the melee thing, you already told us that Warrior was the best armor-centric tank class. Considering the 9ft tall super soldier can't hide behind cover like the rest of them, it's just stupid he isn't a Warrior. Thanks for the videos BTW
Another day; another Rogue Trader breakdown. Keep them coming; these have been great!
Thanks, will do!
Thanks for all your work on these! Your WotR vids got me to make some of my favorite builds in that game.
Awesome! Glad you have been enjoying the content!

Being the main tank is crazy optimal especially if you combine it with Vanguard. That video will come out Tuesday.

Yup both upgrade paths have merit.

That is true but keep in mind after Warrior you can go the Assassin route for pure damage. That video will come out tomorrow.
5 days left. Yet, you've done a lot to help us in the past 5 days
I've tried thank you!
@@SlanderedGaming Youre doing great!
Dang, it's like you know when I wake up.
😂😂 Somebody just sent me a link to your stream for information regarding a pyro build. You are doing a great job dude keep the content coming.
4am for some reason xD
@@SlanderedGaming Thanks man I appreciate it! The same to you!
Thanks for the video
My pleasure!
Only 4 More Days! I'm so divided on if I want to play a mobile Melee Fighter or a Pistolier.
Assassin is fantastic for mobile fighters and I have a video coming out on it tomorrow.
Yes you can dual wield pistols. It's Jae's specialty.
I wanted to do a mix of melee and gun user. I was thinking of going warrior into arch militant; is that the best way to do it do you think?
Yup if you want to do both that's what I would recommend.

Nope but I plan to release that video on Launch day.

Can you recruit a mercenary in this game?, or customizable chara is just one per playthrough
Yes you can hire mercs.
Yup like Enigma said you can hire mercs.
6:02 i think the first talent is conptempt but i'm not sure 🤥...
Crap! Thanks for pointing this out. LOL

Almost there!
Why the hell isn't the Space Viking a Warrior?
Looks like he would be right? But nope. LOL
