    Ingredients for Pastry with Dill ✨ :
    Four cups of flour
    A teacup of milk
    One teacup of sunflower oil
    Two tablespoons of yogurt
    A tablespoon of butter
    Two tablespoons of vinegar
    Two eggs
    A teaspoon of salt
    A pack of baking powder
    A pinch of dill
    150 g of feta cheese
    Black seed
    Preparation:
    After putting the flour, salt and baking powder into the mixing bowl and mixing it, we open up a whole in the middle and put milk, yogurt, sunflower oil, softened butter, vinegar and egg in. We put a yolk of one egg away to spread it on the pastry afterwards. We sprinkle the finely chopped dill on its edges, and knead our dough starting from the middle. The consistency is revealed and we knead it for 2 minutes. Then we cut our dough into 21 pieces. You can put feta cheese and make it as I have shown in our video. We take it on a tray covered with baking paper. We spread on our egg yolk mixed with a spoonful of oil, with the help of a brush. We sprinkle some black seeds on them. We cook it in the middle level of a preheated oven at 180 degree. It gets baked in 20 to 25 minutes. The baking performance of every oven may be different, so we better control. God bless your hands!     Post Script: My apologies. It has escaped my notice that I’ve said vanilla instead of baking powder at the beginning of the video. By the way our measure of cup (water glass) is always 200ml.
