Would you recommend this resort or Xcaret for a honeymoon? I am so torn!

UNICO is adults only, maybe like a South Beach feel. Xcaret is family with a cutting edge design. Both high energy, just a little different vibes.
How was the Beach area?
The beach areas are nice, but the entire region, not just this resort, deals with sea grass piling up. Crews remove it regularly but it is a fulltime job.
How about domestic beer? Do they have it?
If you mean brands like Coors or Budweiser, I don't believe so. All Mexican domestic beers.

I am 57 and my wife is 50. What is the average guest age range? Would the crowd be to young for us ? Thanks
There are families and young adults having fun, but you can also reserve a room in an adult only tower or spend time in adult only pools. You should be able to find a quiet spot, if that's what you are asking.
