- It's been a minute since I've uploaded a video. Life has been crazy, as I'm sure it has been for you too. I took some time away but now I'm back with my favorite kind of video: travel vlogs! We recently took a trip to UNICO 20°87° in Riviera Maya, Mexico. This was my first time at an All-Inclusive resort and we had a really great time and ate/drank wayy too much! Would you stay here?!

Did you pay extra for the secluded swim out or just get lucky? I've seen so many of the rooms are just next to path ways and this looks so much better. We're super pumped to go for our honeymoon in August. 2 week stay for their summer event.
We didn't, this is just the room they ended up assigning us. You may be able to call and ask ahead if it's possible. One thing I will say though, is that the sun didn't shine on our room that much since it was so secluded. So we often found ourselves at the main pool. Also, since it's more "in nature" we had various wildlife climbing up onto our patio area hahaha we had a racoon sitting on our couch one morning trying to take our food! Just something to think about!! I fyou have any other questions or need tips, let me know! Have an amazing honeymoon!

I'm late to seeing this so you probably figured it out already, but I used a third party. I think it honestly ended up equaling out to Unicos transportation price though so it's probably easier to just go with theirs.

Hotel is beautiful amazing I'll give them that. And that's why I'll give 1 start. Because after beautiful hotel everything it just goes down hill. You don't get what you pay for. Services is ok restaurants 2 out 4 are decent don't even waste your time specially with the Asian restaurant (Mura). Don't buy their membership program unless you have money to waste and trow away. Then I mean os something else. But if you are trying to make a good membership investment dont even consider their contract stinks. Starting by their management and customer service. I called their customer service department and Rigo Valencia one of the developers for Unico when I called he was unprofessional, disrespectful, and sexist treatment to myself and his unnecessarily rude treatment towards my wife is what is making write this review. Rigo he became very rude and condescending, cutting off my wife at every opportunity she was trying to explain our situation on the phone and, I hate to use the phrase, but he began mansplaining hee as if she was an uneducated woman who signed her rights away. We were very embarrassed and insulted by the way that he spoke to us He even said that he didn't care to who we will talk above him. He mentioned twice that there were not many people above him that he only will answer questions at Presidential level. Also Severn one of the sellers don't get trick by him he will make you drink champagne while you are signing the contract and you will end up with several thousand dollars extra charges in your credit card. Don't go there. There are a lot better food and places than unico for almost half prices off. Where people can treat you better and way better food options. If you want anything better than ribeye steak you will have to pay extra. When you are already paying top dollars. Again if you want to experience and have the money to waste go ahead and do it. But if you are trying to invest in good vacation and planning smart don't even consider Unico. For the same money you can enjoy Xcaret wich is 5 diamond resort as well. And has one of the best parks in the world. We are talking Disney land level and 10 times better services and food.
Very fair! I will say I had a good experience but it was nothing spectacular. I'd probably go back again out of convinenve but I was never blown away. Have you stayed at Xcaret? I'm interested to check it out.

Finally, someone that’s being honest we were just there couple days ago. I would never go back there even if they would give me $5000. It is horrible. We are not the only ones that feel the same way. several couples that we spoke with, feel the same way.
