I have that issue now. Guide-Rod and barrel stick out 1.5 inches and can’t disassemble it. Any advice on how to take it apart. Thank you and God bless you
Is the slide locked back? If not, then just wiggle the exposed guide rod a little until is clears the frame boss and moves rearward to the barrel lug. You might place a tube over the end of the guide rod to give you some leverage, or use a rag and channel lock pliers. I haven't had that problem in a couple of years and I've forgotten how to address it, to be honest. If it comes back to me, I'll comment again. Hope you can get it unjammed.
Update...by pulling slide back to normal position (under tension), then pulling trigger released the issue. Careful re- reassembly then assured all set straight. Still interested in an upgraded rod which may be less sensitive.
@@maybeakron4367 I tried that but it did not work. Strangely I putt some pressure on the barrel backwards without doing anything at all and then attempted to take it apart as usual it did the trick for me. I don’t know 🤷♂️ what happened with them parts but I attempted to take the gun apart and replicate the issue but gun is acting normally. Regardless thanks a lot. Ps: If I have another issue I will come back here to post it.
A side note. There was a fellow on the CZ forum that was having a problem getting his slide back on his P-10C, and this video is what I made to show him where the interference was. I didn't make that clear in the video or in the notes on the video.

@@JoeMustang99 thanks a lot Joe. I will try that when I get back home tomorrow morning. Will keep you posted. Regardless thanks a lot.
Have had the same issue twice. Going to try you're fix. Would feel better buying a replacement rod.

A stainless steel guide rod for the P10! Where did you get that?
I don't remember. Probably Cajun Gun Works. Or maybe it is out of a P-07. I'd have to go check my notes from a few years ago.
