i know there's a lot of your days and weeks that you leave out of the vlogs like days you're in bed all day and don't feel like creating anything, as all artists do, but still i think it's really incredible how much you create and i have to point it out!! even when you're not inspired to e.g. paint, you still dedicate your time to other forms of art and creating. it's really inspiring to see. feels like your brain is always thinking of the next cute artsy thing to do. as someone who really struggles to do any form of art when i'm feeling unmotivated, i wonder what keeps you going, what do you think influences you to be so creative so often? i was wondering if maybe it's the fact that you do youtube and therefore feel inspired/motivated to create more stuff to show people, or if maybe your current tattoo work is keeping you motivated to continue doing art regularly? Hey just wanted to suggest something to help with severe period cramps- I have dysmenorrhea and my doctor started giving me naproxin (its kind of like an anti inflammatory) and it has helped so much! I used to not even be able to get out of bed because they were so bad, but now I rarely ever get them at all. Doctor didn't want to put me on birth control since it can have some negative side effects but yeah, midol, acetaminophen, and otc painkillers never helped but the naproxin stuff definitely does.
Also love that fruit design you did on the fan and on the totes. Hopefully I can buy one sometime! BTW I noticed you tapping the undo button in Procreate. Do you know the two-finger rap shortcut?

For your cramps, maybe try Vitex Angus-Castus. I used to throw up and almost pass out when my cramps were really bad, but i’ve been taking it for around 3 months and my cramps have become much more bearable. It comes in a liquid (which tastes horrible), or capsules ✨
Would buy everything paintings if I could 😍 PS: For your period, birth control isn't actually the very best solution (I have endo + pcos and I chose to stop)... Tropical basil essential oil (I'm french so I translated it like that, I don't know if it has a different name in Englsih ^^) is great, soft yoga for cramps can be a relieve too, heat obviously, massages, acupuncture can also help, or stuff like " ovira " ;) Also, even if it's hard, not being stagnant and walk at least 30min a day help to reduce the pain.
