@@holgermessner851 sorry I took a time to respond. I am living in the Caribbean, those block without reinforcement is only used for decorative purposes. They cannot withstand earthquake nor hurricane.
@@courtneyclare9519 It looks like that you have no idea how bricks are made. Search on UA-cam “brick manufacturers”. There is NO REINFORCEMENT in any bricks. The Great Wall of China was build with concrete without reinforcements of metal. And the Romans build their homes with bricks thousands of years ago. I’m originally from Germany. I do know how companies make bricks. But there are many videos online. Check it out.
The advantage her is that you can measure your space and how many you need. Then make the mold according to that size. It’s a great idea. I’m thinking of doing this for my front yard landscaping

Just a suggestion if you wet the wood mold before you add the cement it may be easier to remove the mold thanks for the great idea

Good idea, but what will hold the bricks firmly? Maybe a bit of steel mesh or quarter wire.
It’s a concrete mix. You do not need metal in it. If you buy them at your local store, there are made the same.
