BTW Isn't it strange the Coros rates the aerobic TE of your NY marathon only 3.6 (improving)? I get those numbers from my Garmin for a regular training. Very hard trainings and races it will rate 5.0 (too hard).
Ah yes, a heartrate lower than the average might be the explanation. My HR is average and for me this metric feels quite accurate. An elite runner by definition is not average :-)

I think the algorithm doesn’t know what to do with my “low” heart rate! I never trust evaluation data, I take the raw data and make my own evaluations
