Southern red beans and rice with cornbread from scratch

Southern comfort food, red beans and rice with cornbread from scratch. This was the absolute best red bean and cornbread I’ve ever had.
Southern Red Beans Recipe:
1 pack of smoked Turkey neck
or (smoked meat of choice )
1 spicy andouille sausage
4 cups of red beans
1/2 of white onion
1/2 of lrg chopped red peppers
1/2 of lrg green peppers
3 ribs of celery
Thyme
2-3 bay leaves
Creole ap seasoning
Cajun seasoning
Roasted garlic and herb
seasoning
Oregano
Parsley
Paprika
Cayenne (optional)
(I added chicken bouillon at the end for added seasoning)
