Thought I was losing my mind halfway through your video! I started smelling your chicken soup cooking & finally realized I forgot I put a meal in the crock pot earlier this morning.👃🤣🤣🤣 I do like chill instrumental music in the background. I need to clear my kitchen counters desperately!!! We had mice and I took everything from the pantry and put it on the counters and last week was the first week for kindergarten, I teach, and it was rough. I just feel warn out and I have work tomorrow. A positive note, I got the mice!!!😂

We had chicken strips and mashed potato bombs last night and triple chocolate brownies with ice cream for dessert. Tonight is spaghetti and homemade meatballs I think. My 15 year old son is making as I made 100 meatballs 2 days ago and now they are frozen. I was thinking of chicken and onions and potatoes in the slow cooker
I make cashew milk and oat milk in my nutribullet several times a week for coffee. It’s great because I control the ingredients and it’s yummy!

I will be cleaning out my pantry in November because the school has can-a-thons at school. I try to donate shelf stable foods that can be a main course as well as vegetables and fruit.

In your immunity shots add black pepper so the turmeric is activated or else there’s no point adding it to the shot. I had no idea until I spoke with my functional doctor. Hope this helps
