I wasn't at the game, but you know the roof blew off the place when Florida scored on the first play from scrimmage. Bama calmly and methodically took control of the game, and it impressed me that the quick strike didn't rattle them.
That was a huge game and my uncle was there in Gainesville that night and he said it was the loudest stadium he’d ever heard and he’s been to all 14 of them multiple times. The swamp is intimidating when y’all are winning.

+Bama Rewind Oh Yeah! Muschump started this whole "Take Back the Swamp" thing in his first year in Gainsville. Some people even picked them beat us in this game (foolishly, of course). I love how they get 10 quick points and then don't score again for the rest of the game.
I'm watching the video anyway, but I already know that Alabama wins, because the last time Alabama lost to Florida was in the SEC championship the year before Tim Tebow left Florida...crying after he lost to Alabama.
Any time I get to watch Bama beat Florida is a GREAT day!!! Remember when SEC officials said we couldn't do the "CHOMP CHOMP throat slash" against UF anymore? I remember Mark Ingram doing the "CHOMP CHOMP" then acting like he was taping up the gator mouth during the final moments of the 2008 SEC CG. GREAT MEMORIES!!!
This was back when Bama could line up and just pound the hell out of the football running it. Now with Tua we’ve lost that identity and we’re trying to play Big 12 offense slinging the ball around. I want to see ground and pound again this 2019 season.
At the end...1. Saban whispers in Muschamp's ear, "you're a really shitty coach, and it's fun to beat you like a red-headed step child."2. Florida get's Rammer Jammered in the SWAMP!!!! How embarrassing is that? :)
I do, unless I labelled them otherwise, like games from the "Bama's Greatest Games" series. Then in some of my playlists, I link to videos from other users who have games that are missing from my collection. That way they get extra views that they deserve and I don't feel that I've stolen their videos. I take the full length games and abbreviate them down to these highlights, making sure to show at least one play from every possession. I started this project because I've been an Alabama fan for quite a while and I wanted to be able to relive the big wins, but I don't have the time to sit through 3 hour full game replays. Usually the finished project is right around 20 minutes.
+Bama Rewind you do an awesome job man but if I could make one request in the future would you mind including the replays of the big crucial plays? such as big hits, ints, touchdowns, etc? some plays you can't really see how good of a play it was from the live TV version ya know. by no means am I complaining about the work you do nor trying to tell you how to do it ya know. I'm just asking as a fan and subscriber. thanks alot. I probably watched 3 hours of your videos last night alone
Sorry for the late response, Josh. Just now saw this. Thanks for the kind words! I appreciate the suggestion - I've actually thought about that same thing before. You're right, sometimes you can't fully appreciate the play without a replay. But what I found is that when I do it very often, it makes the highlights last too long, at least in my opinion. Already, not very many people are willing to sit through the full 20 or so minutes haha I do occasionally include replays of some of the most incredible plays (Henry's stiffarm against Michigan State in 2015, for instance), but moving forward I'll also try to put more thought into whether the TV angle doesn't do a play justice. I've got some more uploads coming in the next couple weeks, but they will be pretty old games so the replays are scarce and when they do happen they're always just the TV angle again. But for next season's games it may come into play more often. Thanks for the feedback and Roll Tide!
