And then they put her in a top NHS job? Track and Trace? think about it...
Yes its very fishy it stinks
lost her top job from tesco lost her top job from talk talk but now in a top job with boris hi hope she is on good pay she is so good in her job just so sharp. and her man is a tory m.p.
If they have access to customer bank details and other sensitive information that means Talk Talk were probably keeping that information in plain text. Utterly inexcusable for a company of this size to have left sensitive customer data entirely unprotected. Disgraceful.
That last 30 secs is weird. Earlier she says bank details may have been compromised but now shes saying they were definitely stolen?
She's completely currupt
Wait, so they entered their system through their website?
Shit in the past shit in the present
hate talktalk
Youre a legend I Fucking agree
What does she mean by a years free credit monitoring ?
I cheered when I heard this news.
These thieving scumbags stole over £100 from my pensioner mother-in-law because she terminated their shitty broadband service.
She had been with them for 13 years, but this is how they treated her.
The letters were kind at first, inviting her back, then BANG - threats of unpaid bills ( she was up to date and paid fully ) then the debt collectors.
Utter gangster scumbags who deserve what they get.
If I could of hacked them myself I would have.
you never informed me about this when I was a customer and your service when I complained was sh*t never would I use nor recommend your service again, you could give me a free service and I would still decline useless company.
The only reassuring thing about this is that she sounds as incompetent as she looks..
No one is better at failing upwards than Dido Harding. But she studied PPE at Oxford alongside that other great success story, David Cameron. Friend of multiple current Tory cabinet members, married to a Tory MP, Tory pier in the Lords. She's had somewhere between none-to-marginal expertise in any of the various jobs that she's failed at, but customers having data stolen and shareholders having their share value reduced is not as serious a matter as people dying because this incompetent can't get a track and trace system to work even when our rancid government throws £37 billion in her direction. And she's up for consideration to run the NHS (into the ground).
All the hateful comments. Some are even way too personal. Sigh. I feel bad for both parties.
i feel envious of you...
To call this company scum bags rip off artists is offensive unto all other scum bags out there.
Trust me, Talk Talk sold off all this data.
Guaranteed!
I think I will sue them for fun. They have to admit guilt because it's so high profile. So I'll sue the wankers lol
The woman that was able to channel £37bn to mates and donors. With no scrutiny, whatsoever. Look, burning women on sticks is frowned upon nowadays...in her case...meeh...
Just to let people know as a TalkTalk employee all of the details including bank details are encrypted and unable to be used if hacked. Dido and the rest of TalkTalk worked incredibly hard around the clock in order to ensure as little data as possible was stolen in order to protect customers. Dido held the company together during that difficult time and is incredibly deserving of her position.
+Anton Rowenski I appreciate you letting your side be heard. But I think any comments defending TalkTalk would only be swarmed by hateful ones out there. We could only apologize and keep our heads down. At the same time work 1000x more to keep everyone's information secure.
+Burden Blues: Dido earned nearly 7 millions pounds in 2014 as talk talk´s CEO. That´s what the dictionary defines as an insane salary - and the root of most problems.
