Do these mighty and lovely dogs perform rescue in the water? Here in Canada they are Newfoundlands or Newfies who do the the search and rescue...Thanks.
Hello Lina, in almost all cases they perform rescue exercises "just for sport"; like the Newfies here. Having said that there is a Red Cross rescue team at the coast where they are actually do rescue jobs in the water.
