Hey have you had to adjust the pressure at all? I just got my PRO X and having the same issue you had with your previous machine - even at finest setting on sette 270 anything above a dark roast is coming out super thin and fast. Ive tried different temps, PID, neither to avail.
No, actually this one has been an absolute dream so far. What bars is it showing on the guage? I always go more coarse and close in on the fineness before getting a shot right
Wow! Love the built in PID, shot timer, and pressure gauge. Nice!
It's fantastic. I had the PID built in that I added to my old Silvia but this is above and beyond
Thanks for sharing.
On other video the Sylvia Pro X was much more noisy.
Glad to ear that it can be quiet enough.
Thank you
It’s beautiful, congrats! 😊
Thank you!! 😊
Nice video! I have the Silvia and love it. At some point I may upgrade to the Pro X. Awesome looking machine! Is that Crema tool the 58.5mm?
Yep it's the 58.5 alright works great and perfect for this machine. Thanks for watching!

Will you do an update after 30 days ?
I will try for sure! Thanks yeah hopefully I get one done with some of the other features
Seems your stainless steel at the front is dented (same level as the pressure gauge but closer to the middle). Did it come from factory like this?
No it was due to my usage somehow
What’s the settings for the sette 270 ?
it depends on the bean. this one was I believe between 9 and 10 with the micro adjusted more toward course than fine
Definitely wanna ditch the spinning distribution tool, they're terrible, wdt is a much better option.
Yeah I need some new gear
you can make one for super cheap :)@@drinksunbear
