Can you set the meal icons at a later time for that blood sugar reading, like if you shut the meter, turn it on again and want to add the meal icon? Also no way the add the icon or state meal in the app? Thanks. Great video.
hi. this glucosameter is accurate? I was using the one touch verio flex, but start using the RelliOn and my blood always is hight than when I was usinig the one touch. Do I need to adjust or do something? thank you very much.
I dropped my meter and accidentally pressed yes on set. All my previous day a is stored except each time I turn it on its is back to 01/01 for the day. I can reset date and time and turn it off it still comes back to 01/01. Any advice. This will mess up my averages stored.
Just called the support number for this meter. They told me there isn't a way to delete an errant reading. I haven't found a way to delete the 350 reading I had so it messes up my averages. Looking for a new meter : (
According to the manual that comes with the meter, Er 7 is a Bluetooth error. The meter has detected a problem with the Bluetooth transceiver in the meter.

Ah, THANK YOU, I was struggling to set the date & time 😅. By comparison, pairing via Bluetooth was a breeze using the provided quick guide.

The batteries seems to drain quickly, or right when you test strip it keeps shut off

Also, you may want to review your technique, be certain you are applying the blood to the end of the strip not the top of the strip.
