I understand where the defense team is trying to get here, but they have lost the plot. Yes, their line of questioning is good here and there, but what I don't understand is why are they not asking him what does he imply when he says that his data can not be compared to that of pinky, because pinky has no direct access to the cellphone downloads, which only the police are privy to? Is he suggesting that there's a transaction of data that can bypass the network providers that only the police systems can pick? What is he suggesting by the adding of two hours? Is he saying that exactly in 2 hours, no seconds, no minutes after the first but exactly 2 hours accused number 5 made a call to the number in question, how convenient? And they should remind him why even the so called cellphone data analysts "experts" like himself need the 205s from the network providers in the first place, it's because no matter how sophisticated their systems may be, they don't have access to the sim card information, that is the material of the network providers alone, the cellphone downloads is not in question, but the numbers that are attributed to the accused and kelly; and close it by disputing his evidence and tell him that he's blatantly lying to the court, he's a pathological liar, and he's furthering to perjur himself and remind him that they are still going to lay a complaint of fraud and tempering of evidence against him as the compiler of the document that contains misrepresentation of facts...otherwise they'll be going back and forth all day long and he'll escape an 🪓, please good people don't let even the tiniest mistake slide. Everything else he said when and where is irrelevant now, the focus should be on the discrepancy and the discrepancy only. That's my 2 cent opinion.

Good people,I understand the frustration this case is not easy, is for the first time in my life I have seen a lawyer been arrested inside the court and in dutie.That only, tells you how difficult the case is,I even lost interest in this case. Coming to the reporter/analyst, whatever he says has no influence on the outcome,the decision is within the court,not the defence nor state. The bullying Ratha is the one to decide unless something changes the trajectory of the case as it seen for now.Kelly didn't pull the trigger,but she knows who did. It's amazing why Kelly is not called to testify even after Gininda said she is the mastermind.
