I am so glad I found your videos. They have really opened my eyes. I am a heart transplant recipient and would really like for you to do a video on what transplant recipients can eat or avoid. Thank you.
I noticed this too! And I'm sad to say I don't like the taste as much now. Even though I'm keto- I'd actually prefer the tiny amount of sugar it had so I'd actually enjoy eating it. Now it makes me miss Dukes and I don't look forward to it. :(
For those that enjoy sir Kensington and want a sweetness to it, add a little PURE STEVIA POWDER sold by ccnature with the best price on eBay compared to Amazon. Incredible sweetness for the tiniest amounts… A small amount goes a very long way!
I’m a new subscriber, thanks for all the great advice, I just joined Costco yesterday and loaded up on some items , my wife and I are in our sixties and trying real hard to eat more healthy and your videos are helping so much. Keep up the good work and may God bless you and family.
Bobby/ my grandfather used to have bee hives and made honey. He has not been with us for many years. However to this day I have one of his last jars of honey. It's over 31years old.
I love your Costco and Sam’s club video’s! You educate even a 65 year old woman who loves to cook healthy. Keep up the good work! I love shopping at these two stores.
I did some research on Sir Kensington. Their Mayo has less than 1 gram of sugar per serving but they chose to round up, instead of down. I'm keto & I choose to use that Mayo bc I like the taste & it does not impact my ketosis.
I am SOOOOOO glad I found your page. Your videos have educated me so much on the foods I've been buying for years without realizing how unhealthy they are for my body. And we can all agree that the tips on where to get the best price is a super bonus! Can't wait to try your recipes!!!! I tell everyone I know to subscribe to your page 😍😘💕
Bobby, my mom was 2 generation here in US, her family was from Austria, she kept sauerkraut in the refrigerator and when we started to get sick or not feel well she would give us a tablespoon Morning and night. I really think it helped us get well faster, we really didn’t get sick a lot as kids. So thank you for showing the sauerkraut.
San Marzano tomatoes with the DOP label are grown in the San Marzano region. Those are not grown in the San Marzano Region since there is no DOP label. They are just of the San Marzano variety of tomato.

Thanks so much for the tips, guys! Running low on dog food so it's almost time for my next Costco trip. Re: cooking sprays- I use EVO sprayer bottles and fill with healthy oils.
Yeast extract alone is not a reason to reject a food product. Yeast extract is very high in B vitamins, so it’s a cheap source of these vitamins. Yeast extract does contain naturally occurring glutamates, but not as much as MSG. Only small amounts of yeast extract are used in foods, so if you are sensitive to MSG it would be hard to eat enough to cause a reaction. The small amounts that are added to food don’t alter their sodium content significantly.
Hey Bobby, I want to thank you for helping me to eat healthier. I shop almost exclusively at Costco, so your advice is easy to implement. I now know what to look for in healthy fats and oils, as well as what to avoid like 'natural flavoring', non-GMO soy, etc.
Great video! Thank you! I noticed you walked right by the lemon juice (grown on volcanic enriched soil). Can't recall if you mentioned it in a past video. That is also a great product and value at Costco! I use it every morning along with ACV for gut.

On the Himalaya salt you may want to check Winco bulk section. The Himalaya salt comes unpacked in varieties of rock, coarse, and powder for a good price.
I'm a Costco member and I love a deal as much as anyone else. That said, our farmers in the U.S. are hurting badly. Between the flooding, the high cost of seeds and fertilizer and the like and getting so little money for their products, rural America is drowning (literally and figuratively). People are losing their farms. Huge corporate farms (that allow the large scale production that gives us these absurdly low prices) are driving people off their family farms . And our food quality suffers in the long haul because once there are monopolies, if you don't like the food quality, you will have no other choices. Dairy farmers are seeing records numbers of farmer deaths by suicide as milk prices get cheaper and places like WalMart and Costco monopolize processing and sales as well. It's truly a crisis in the entire Midwest and elsewhere. Whenever possible, I would encourage everyone to please consider shopping your local Farmer's Markets if you can and/or buying local products if stocked at your stores. Many now take food assistance cards as well!
As an Iowan, I thank you for this. Food Co-ops and farmers markets are much better than big warehouse stores. Small farms are the key to greater biodiversity and greater biodiversity leads to better diets and healthier people.
I just bought that everything seasoning at Costco yesterday and just used it with avocado toast this morning. I also bought vital farms pasteurized eggs because of you
Bobby, thank you so much for your wonderful videos. I’ve learned so much. I’m in the Glendale, AZ area. Our Costco doesn’t always have what you do there in Chicago, but sometimes. We have Trader Joe’s and Sprouts. I don’t know if you ever do videos on restaurants but we have a couple of “Flower Child” restaurants. I love their food and would love your take on them.
Thanks for the Costco haul. I’ve known a lot about food additives and read labels all the time but I learned something from you from every video I watch so thank you. Great camera work, Art. We know how hard it is to do hand held as our businesses video production. Keep up the great work everyone
Love your info, research, and helpful hints! I'm new to your videos and have done Paleo diet for several years. I always read labels but you go beyond that and I've already learned a lot from you- so thank you!!!
I would love to hear more healthy options at TJ's, WF's, Costco, Aldi etc. that aren't necessarily keto or paleo based, but maybe throw in vegan options here and there because you are so knowledgeable and do your research, it would help a lot of people trying to move more in that direction to know the pitfalls of some foods that we think are "healthy." Keep doing what you're doing! Really appreciate your message and all the work that you do.
Hey bobby, so since there is a box of beet chips hanging out in your cart is that also a recommendation? You did not add that to your costco "healthy" haul video. Thanks!
Would love to see a video on protein type bars. What’s a good one not loaded with sugar and junk? I eat the occasionally when I’m playing sports. Thanks!
Great video. The only thing that would make it better if you talked about products with less packaging/ trash waste/ landfill/ plastics. Cans and glass products are highly recyclable and you do mention a few of those--so thanks.
Hi how are you? I love your channel I have been following for a month and I love the exquisiteness with which you cook and how delicious it is to delight each dish in truth it is a delicacy of the gods. I know I am Mexican and I would love for your channel to also be in Spanish because the Hispanic community likes this lifestyle since there are no channels that also detail the listings and the products that should be consumed. Thank you

Hello there, I am getting a lot of information from your videos, thank you! I have heard that Keto should not be a long term diet, what are your thoughts?
I'm obviously not Bobby but I believe someday people will look back on this like we do on the 1980s "low or no fat" craze. That wasn't healthy for a lot of reasons and I don't think (for me anyway) that Keto is either. I agree with Michael Pollan -- he said "eat real food, mostly plants, not too much." I think that's solid advice. Veggies and some fruits in abundance and then a balanced and moderate approach to protein and grains, beans, etc. is what I strive for. Obviously if you have celiac disease, then no gluten and if you're diabetic, then a different approach may work better .
I've learned a bit over the last 8-9 yrs about ingredients to avoid and such. Now, I will say that some people don't feel they can afford even the best prices you find on items. But I'm curious to do a month's haul of groceries utilizing your ideas.. and since I don't have a trader Joe's near me (though I wish I did), could you possibly do a video for best items at Kroger?
Good stuff....and definitely will be looking closer at the labels as I shop Costco in the future....don't need those extra ingredients which serve no purpose....but could use more vegan products in my local store....and the suggestion is in the box.
Thank you 😊 for more information I have started to check the ingredients before I buy and I end up buying less or nothing My husband is happy 😃 and Blindly believe that I m d best Thank u Bobby 👍
Because the cell walls are broken in frozen vegetables the thawed product is near cooked in softeness . No cooking required . I like thawed non cooked brussel sprouts snaking right out of the bag
So informative!! I love these kinds of videos. Also, yeast extract contains glutamates, just like the natural glutamate in bone broth and aged cheeses. However, it also contains other compounds that contribute to its unique flavor. MSG, on the other hand, is a highly concentrated, synthetic and processed form of glutamic acid. So yeast extract isn’t necessarily MSG.
Thank you Bobby for all the useful info! Is it possible to make a video dedicated to kids good vs bad snacks please from Costco or Walmart for example?
As usual, great video. 🤗I had a question about the tomatoes. I read that you should always make sure that the can says “BPA” free. What are you thoughts?
Hey, I love this channel. One can you do a video on your thoughts about supplements: vitamins. Why you think it’s crap? What’s the alternative? Detail on what vitamins that you would take once in a while besides Vitamin C. Just an idea for a future video. You help me change my diet somewhat.
Ok so to summarize;
1. San Marzano tomatoes
2. Apple cider vinegar
3. Rao’s marinara sauce
4. Avocado oil spray non propellant
5. Almond flour
6. Raw local honey
7. Everything But The Bagel seasoning
8. Gluten free all purpose flour mix
9. Himalayan pink sea salt
10. RX bars
11. Naturally fermented sauerkraut
12. Asparagus
13. Organic spinach
14. Fresh zoodles
15. Organic cut up spaghetti squash
16. Grass fed collagen beef peptides
17. Grass fed Australian rack of lamb

I live in Southern CA.
What's the average price per pound over there in CA? Here in Texas its 3.99 a pound in most stores.
Aldi, walmart
Richardson Von Rosenberg , about 2$ more in San Diego.
Ground beef he said in the frozen section at Costco and chicken breast they have at Costco also

You could do a grocery shopping video every day and I would watch every one! Have you ever heard of Wegmans? Maybe go there next!?
L
Yessss need one on Wegmans
Good stuff....and definitely will be looking closer at the labels as I shop Costco in the future....don't need those extra ingredients which serve no purpose....but could use more vegan products in my local store....and the suggestion is in the box.
Thank you 😊 for more information
I have started to check the ingredients before I buy and I end up buying less or nothing
My husband is happy 😃 and Blindly believe that I m d best
Thank u Bobby 👍
Because the cell walls are broken in frozen vegetables the thawed product is near cooked in softeness . No cooking required . I like thawed non cooked brussel sprouts snaking right out of the bag
I’m so glad I stumbled upon this video! I’m definitely subscribing!
Your grocery store videos are amazing!!!!!!!!
Omg thank you. I was gonna write the exact same!
What do you think is the difference between natural glutamate and processed glutamic acid?
Thank you Bobby for all the useful info! Is it possible to make a video dedicated to kids good vs bad snacks please from Costco or Walmart for example?
As usual, great video. 🤗I had a question about the tomatoes. I read that you should always make sure that the can says “BPA” free. What are you thoughts?
your comment is super important because tomatoes contain acid which eat away at the can.
@@jamespatrick5348 Thank you. I look forward to his answer. :)
u can know if there is "BPA" or toxic canning procedure if the inside of lid is white 😉
I bought those 3 bottles of vinegar and gave 1 ea to my daughters. It’s still a great deal! That’s salt too; great find!
👍🏼
Thx for the info you make me want to eat healthier, have a great day and keep on keeping on.
Thank you for keeping us healthy!!!
Wow I have been eating sir Kensington’s mayo. I somehow missed the sugar in it. Thank you for pointing this out
San marzano tomatoes are great, as much as possible buy in bottles or Tetra pack, as acid in tomatoes react to a tin can.
Now you got me bobby. New subcribers from philippines.
This is by far the best video ever I will be buying your book
Hey, I love this channel. One can you do a video on your thoughts about supplements: vitamins.
Why you think it’s crap?
What’s the alternative?
Detail on what vitamins that you would take once in a while besides Vitamin C.
Just an idea for a future video.
You help me change my diet somewhat.
If you can't find grass fed stuff but include a bit of grass into your cooking even though the meat or produce is gmo fed ...will it still be healthy?
